First, the parking garage has several elevator banks with total of six elevators. One full bank in inoperative, two elevators that went to the walkway, where the only way to ground level is escalators, and the UP escalator was broken, and one elevator that went inoperative while at the outlet store. As a wheelchair patron, I had to go several places just as work around to get to the car to the stores. This is unacceptable, driving a trying to dodge traffic and going extremely out of the way to get from the garage to the stores is difficult for a wheelchair patrons! The extra star is ONLY because for the excellent customer service received from the employees of the stores!

After listing only SOME of the shops here it puts in perspective just how large this Mall actually is. The Brazilian Steakhouse and KBBQ place unfortunately closed. if you explore Mall Ring Circle, there are countless businesses around that too. On this visit there was something in the air. We caught a movie at the regal theater located inside the casino. We ate dinner at Shake shack. Purchased some after dinner sweets at Sees candy and did a some shopping at Bath & body Works. This is free, based on past experience parking here. Our ticket couldn't be read by the machine at the exit gate, and when we called support from the exit kiosk, they said in a rude tone, "If the exit gate isn't opening, you need to use a different exit." There was only one exit in the section of the garage we were in! We said that in response and the agent hung up. We called and received the same response a second time before we finally just hit "lost ticket" and paid the full rate, just so we could leave! Been to the Uncommons before and had a good time, but didn't have to deal with the incompetent and rude staff until today. We won't be back.

I've been wanting to visit since Grocery Outlet returned (it used to be on Boulder Highway, years ago, when I lived in Henderson, in old Henderson). The stores we visit the most: Dollar Tree, Big Lots, Cost Plus World Market, Ross, Target, Kohls, and Baskin Robbins. But we are now big fans of Grocery Outlet. If you download the APP, you will get $5 off your $25 purchase. We usually go to Dollar Tree every weekend, and every DT store's inventory varies. I was looking at the Big Lots markdowns, but no crazy ones here. We were lucky that when we visited, it was the afternoon, this past saturday, so we got some shade and relief from the "unofficial" summer weather.
