Several times he did not reply to any emails or voice mails I left him over a period of several months. Then I called his boss and owner Michael Anderson. He said he would have Blair Kerr get in touch with me. Blair Kerr told me I was locked in and ready to go and he had just failed to communicate that with me. That I was to just sit tight and wait because he felt the numbers would even drop more. So a month goes by, and I emailed him asking for updates, nothing. Called got his voicemail and didn't bother leaving him a message since he doesnt respond and called the owner Michael Anderson again. He said that he had thought Blair Kerr told me about the problem with my condo being a problem due to a higher percentage of renters to owners. NO!! "Oh he didn't explain that to you?" NO!! So I have no idea what they are talking about, was sitting waiting for my better rate to lower my monthly mortgage and blown off just about all the time. Michael Anderson had someone in his office (he said) and couldnt get into it and should be calling me later or have Blair Kerr call me (yeah right!! only if his boss is standing over him maybe!!!) Do not use Blair Kerr for your financial needs. and Anderson Financial for keeping on such a person and letting it go on and on like it has. My boyfriend was already mad at me a month ago for after the super crappy service I got for hanging in there with them....now I just feel really stupid. He told me I was locked in and ready to go. So I thought I would hang in there and stick it out, that it would be more trouble to go find someone else. Now I feel really dumb, and will tell everyone what awful service I got from them and Blair Kerr.

During our negotiations I worked through my agent and agreed to a list of upgrades to the unit, that if satisfied I'd be willing to purchase. Written into our contract was an agreement to have all work finished within a month of the closing. The work was never completed. After closing my lawyer informed me that the seller's were no longer cooperating, and refusing to make good on their end of the deal. I found out later that my agent, Mladen Rados, who was representing ME, was actually the son of the seller. I contacted Mladen multiple times post closing, and he claimed he felt bad, but he had no way to force the seller to do it, as he was only the agent. Once again, the seller was his father. Since then, I've had mutliple other issues with my unit, which I have tried to take up with the property manager John Nannini, who runs our association. None of the problems have been fixed. He has also claimed ignorance to any knowledge of the agreement I had with the sellers concerning the upgrades that were supposed to be completed. By the way he handled the conversation, I actually believed him, until today when I logged onto their website and found out that he is an active partner at Rexson Realty!!! Thus far the everyone I've dealt with in this company is not only guilty of poor customer service, but can also be clearly defined as thieves, liars, and cheats. A bit of a long story but I met Genie at a property showing near our rental property. We had gone…read moremonths without finding tenants despite having 2 marketable units - showings from our initial agent were limited and off target. I interviewed Genie and was immediately impressed with her strategy to take the units to market. We terminated the realtionship with the first agent and hired Genie. Of note, our bank had extended closing dates and when we finally closed the market had drifted into winter months. Genie needed to work a very limited market. In addition to her listing activity, Genie advised us on ways to turn one unit into a premium product - helping us differentiate our rental properties from a number of other properties. Genie quickly found strong-credit tenants who took occupancy in mid-January. This relieved a tremendous amount of stress as we had been carrying the mortgage for months. Meanwhile we completed renovations on the 2nd unit - the premium unit. Interest was quite high as Genie excels in target marketing...more importantly she found ideal tenants and helped us structure a lease which syncs our units with the predictable rental cycles. I owe Genie more than she'll ever know - we were at a pronounced disadvantage due to the bank delays. Genie's hard work allowed us to realize our investment decision - one which had been far off course without her. So, I highly recommend Genie - her knowledge of the entire real estate process is deep. More importantly she shares her experience so you can achieve the best results.
