Crystal also deserves recognition, she is always friendly, incredibly patient, and consistently returns my calls, which I really appreciate. I paid the $12.00 balance after two email exchanges with the billing manager where I communicated my frustration with their unacceptable delayed billing after paying $9,380. During my treatment, I left a message for Dr. Yoo to get back to me because I had a question, I never received a return call.
