They have a nice variety of wine, something for every palette as well as a light kitchen menu. The service here so far has been superb. Every staff member I've met has been friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. To top it off they have some really cool and unique events. Including on Friday and Saturday evenings from 5-7 they offer an aperitivo. Grab a bar seat and $20 gets you a glass of wine and a pre-selected menu of light bites. It was the perfect girls night and was more food than anyone expected. It was a fun surprise to see what kept coming out of the kitchen. Super fun, different and every bite was fresh and delicious! The staff is very knowledgeable on different wines and also has that skill of disseminating the information effectively to better educate its customers. Even though we have visited a few wineries and vineyards in the US and abroad, I would take this one to be in my top 3 experiences. The tasting room is also clean and well set up. I would highly recommend visiting Ten Thousand Vines if you are from the area or visiting to try some of the phenomenal wines from WNY.

I've have yet to try this out, but I will as soon as I find a suitable, wine-lovin' friend! Most of my friends don't drink. :( Staff are always friendly! It's very convenient to have a spot where you can buy wine AT the mall.

My one room for improvement is the exterior. Usually a winery will have a nice area outside to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. There are few old picnic tables in the front by the road and the grass is kinds over grown but besides that a great local winery.
