I was able to work it out with my dental insurance, with no thanks to Dr. Kim's office. The dental hygienist was very good; the chairside assistant not very friendly.

Joanna, their amazing assistant gave me a tour before bringing me back for X-rays. She kept me comfortable with their heated massage dental chair. WHAT?!?!? They have those??? Oh I'll be back for that alone!!!! When it came time for Dr. Bonyadi to do my initial exam, Joanna provided him with my dental history, expectations and most importantly, my concerns. My recommended treatment was prioritized at a pace I was comfortable with, being that I do not have dental insurance. Dentistry is not expensive, negligence is.
