Joanna, their amazing assistant gave me a tour before bringing me back for X-rays. She kept me comfortable with their heated massage dental chair. WHAT?!?!? They have those??? Oh I'll be back for that alone!!!! When it came time for Dr. Bonyadi to do my initial exam, Joanna provided him with my dental history, expectations and most importantly, my concerns. My recommended treatment was prioritized at a pace I was comfortable with, being that I do not have dental insurance. Dentistry is not expensive, negligence is. I'm looking forward to returning for my cleaning. Schedule a visit for yourself and have your own epic experience. You won't regret it.

I went on the website where it says "book an appointment" and listed are appointments based on length of time, not service. I selected a 60 minute appointment and wrote a note that this was for a dental cleaning. A week later, on my way to the appointment, I get a call from the office saying they don't have any dental cleanings available. They said the appointment I selected was for post-op care (it doesn't say that on the website, it just says "one hour appointment") and that they can't book me for another two months. Not only is the website misleading, but the front desk didn't notify me that they couldn't honor my appointment until I was already driving there -- 10 minutes before the appointment was scheduled. This was extremely inconsiderate and a waste of my time. I don't feel like the receptionist took these concerns seriously and just stared at her computer while repeating over and over that appointments aren't available until May (even though I booked one through the website and it was confirmed). PLEASE make your system for scheduling appointments more clear and intuitive (i.e modify your website to appropriately label the appointments by TYPE OF SERVICE and provide instructions on booking dental cleanings) so these issues don't happen again!

The building is really nice. Tvs under the exam seats and in the lobby. Toys and books for kids to read while they wait. Everything looked well kept and clean. The dental assistant that handled my child was beyond perfect with her. My daughter did very well in the environment and it was because of the calm and caring demeanor of the person who took her X-rays and did her cleaning. It came time to meet Dr. Tam. He was very direct, monotone, and didn't have the the child friendly demeanor I had expected and hoped for. He tried to connect with my child but it like he was going through the motions (or at least that was my perception which could be wrong). It could have been that they were busy and he just didn't feel like he had time to try but I left the interaction feeling indifferent. He was informative and got a plan in place for us to move forward with. Overall this place is worth checking out at the very least. I'm glad I checked it out and I loved how they give the kid a toy out of a dispenser when you leave. It's a very nice touch and now my kid will be excited to go back
