I told them I don't want to drive half an hour just for some X-rays that I already had last year, can we include them in the same appointment? That was a no, so I finally said this is ridiculous, and will now find a new dentist. By the way, X-rays are a money maker for all dentists. They want to sell you on them every time you come in. Also be aware this place is bare bones. Nothing to make you feel more cozy or distracted like a tv, headphones etc.

He sure did make it miserable for me. So he continued with me being in great pain!. Also when she was fitting me for my temporary crown it felt like she didn't know what she was doing. She fitted it so many times & one of the times it had to be taken out & felt like she was having a hard time taking it out to redo! It felt horrible! When I came back they still had to shape crown in place & it was painful again, & he kept going til eventually got it in place, wow it hurt so much! I have left dentist I was only with them 6 months! Some of the reason is western dental not submitting the referral forms to pitrowski. But the main reason is that I was told that since western dental told me they would send the referral that they would wait till western dental sent the referral then send it to the insurance. Let's just say that was 8 months ago. I'm so tired of getting their "pay us" forms that I did just pay the $195 consult fee. Jackie the billing person was sour towards me anytime I called and asked her about it. I called my insurance they never even recieved a claim for the consult to be paid, which she said she did, and so I'm done with them, paid them to get them off my back... receptionists and docs were amazing, kind, and helped me a ton. They were always sweet. I hate writing bad reviews, but dentists are a sore spot for me and Jackie not even submitting a claim for the consult, then not returning my calls has just gotten me so stressed that I won't use this office and won't recommend anyone else. The first part of February I went in to see how much it would cost to have the work done the lady that I spoke to the office said she was the office manager. she said because I was a prior would only charge me $99 to give me an estimate on doing the work February 4th I went in and saw the dentist they took all the x-rays and pictures . We went into his office he gave me the pricing I told him that I would be paying cash not credit card and I would he be willing to give me a discount. He then told me he done the discount because he heard I was going to do that. I told him that I was going to see another dentist but I would get back to him on what I was going to do. Went out front spoke to the lady that I talked to she said thank you and she would get in touch with me within the next couple of days. she gave me a call in the evening and asked me if I had decided I told her that we had a wedding we were doing for my niece and I would get back to her real soon that my wife and I had talked about it .and I do want to have it done for the price the doctor quoted me. We went in on Feb 16th and was told the lady I've been speaking to before was no longer there and that the doctor's wife had taken over the position again but she wouldn't be back till around 12:30 or 1:00. We came back about 1:30 sat down told her that we wanted to schedule the appointments to have my teeth done and she said okay just a moment she had some papers in her hand went into the office where she said she was going talk to the doctor came back and said the best we can do is this price?? Again we had talk to her about any pricing. My wife and I looked at it at each other confused it was higher than what I had offered the doctor but lower than what he written on the estimate for me . I I looked at my wife and we said okay let's book the appointments we booked the molding of my mouth and something to do with the headshot for February 28th and the surgery March 11th. We talked to her about payments told her that we would bring in cashier's check I would bring first half in on the day of the molding and stuff my wife would bring in the other certified check on the day of the operation and my temporary teeth would be put in. she said they may not be put in that day but it could be the following Monday and I said that would be fine I would give her the check on that Monday. Stipulating I had to have my temporaries first After a little talking we finally agreed on that she wrote it down on a on the quote paper that the doctor had also signed and said that I had 30 days on that price she wrote down the price first part of the payment is being the largest second part being the smallest we were fine. Saturday afternoon at 2:30 I get a call she was demanding that I pay it all at once. I told her that was not what we had agreed upon you'd guaranteed me on your word and signature that this was fine you got this price that you gave us from the doctor you said then she said well the doctor said he we would have to have the money all up front or he would not do it and I again l said but you said and she said I'm sorry this is it. I asked if I could speak to the doctor she just mumbled and and said he's busy right now I'll tell him hung up the phone at 4:30 I tried calling the office on Saturday no one answered. On Monday about 10:30 I called and she answered the phone I said nobody called me back on Saturday like I had asked. I said who itI could I please speak to the doctor and she said I told you if you don't pay it all up front we're not going to do it this is what the doctor wants . I said yeah but you gave me your guarantee you are adamant that you are the doctor's wife and this is how it is. evidently you don't have that power so may I please just speak to the doctor so I can get this fixed and I can get my teeth done. She hung up the phone I never did hear from the doctor or any other answers on what happened very frustrating after agreeing to a contract on a price that they gave me. Then I found out in the state of California you cannot collect payment before doing a service. I'm also disabled so I'm trying to work this out I was told to do the normal better Business bureau licensing department for Dennis and so on. This easily could have just been fixed by the doctor but then again my wife said she may have not even told him anything it may not be his fault. So I'm just trying to warn you so you don't run into these problems be very careful if you do get a contract have someone look at it. Before paying them any money cuz this is a large amount of money to have your teeth done
