Afterwards, he explained their other services and what to do if my transmission ever became a serious problem. They did charge me an additional $75 to come to Parkville, But I thought it was worth it since I didn't have to drive to my usual mechanic and wait for them to finish the job. He saved me about a day's worth of waiting and driving.

I had to make a second call to ask a question before I headed over. I walked in. Enrique went right to work on my car. I tried to strike up some small talk with the owner sitting on the sofa in their waiting area but he never said hello or spoke to me. When the work was done 15 minutes later (a foot-long piece of pipe welded) the charge was $150 and as I pulled out my credit card they told me cash only! so my husband had to come over with some extra extra cash. They never apologized for not telling me about the cash only policy nor did they offer me a bottle of water on that very hot day I stood in the heat waiting for my husband to. I'm sure the work Enrique did was satisfactory but I have never been treated so rudely and would not recommend this place.

My car, like many cars that are on the market today, has tons of bells and whistles, so adding a battery means doing a reset and reprogram. Guess what? I don't have the tools or the knowledge on how to do that. Could I change a battery many years ago? Absolutely! Could I change a battery now? No way... That's why I needed someone with the tools, the know-how, and the availability. I put in a request via Yelp to get a project started, and Prymo was the first to respond and had availability the next morning. They sent a tech to my house, he quickly diagnosed that the battery had no charge left, even though I had a jump the day before, and he commenced replacement. I didn't have to do anything other than do what I usually do, which is work from home. Fast-forward a half-hour and the job was done. I had a new battery, the tech had reprogrammed everything to its proper state, and he was on his way. Prymo accepts debit and credit, though a credit card purchase will come with a 3% charge, which is very fair since that's what the banks stick to the business. It wasn't cheap, but most of the cost was in the actual battery itself, which came with a five-year warranty. Great response, simple to navigate and schedule, and the tech was professional and skilled. Great experience and highly recommend if you're in the same situation.

Went here for a routine inspection. they said it would take 30 minutes or so. after a 90 minute…read morewait, they said "welllll there's a couple things we need to get taken care of before you can get passed" and slid me over an $1800 quote. the actual reason for failing the inspection is completely vague "excessive play" with no accompanying measurements. it appears strongly to me as a grift as I took it to a second mechanic who promptly passed the inspection the very next day. I got an inspection done, titling and tags installed on the car in less time than waiting for what clearly appears to be a grift here. I wouldn't even take my cars here now for air in the tires.

Shop does not stand behind nor guarantee their work. I had my vehicle worked on and when I went to…read moretake it from the shop, it would not power up. The tech looked at it, couldn't figure it out, then they decided to recalibrate it. The vehicle then started. I drove it home and now it won't start again the next time I went to start it. I contacted the shop and they are saying I will have to tow it in at my expense because the vehicle was working when I left. I am only 4 miles from them. Being this is their fault or lack of how to work on vehicles, you would think they would make it right. But they are not. And, are not issuing any refund. I am now forced to do a BBB Claim and dispute the transaction for a shoddy shop.
