Terrible front desk experience. When this clinic moved to…read morea new location, they never informed patients. I went to my usual appointment only to find the office completely gone. I tried calling, but no one answered. I ended up asking a nearby pharmacy, and they were the ones who told me where the clinic had moved. When I finally arrived at the new office, they told me I was "late." I explained the situation, but the staff barely reacted, as if they didn't care at all. Then they told me that my doctor wasn't even in the office that day -- even though I had an appointment scheduled. No one notified me about the move, no one notified me about the doctor's schedule change, and no one answered the phone. A medical office should inform patients about important changes like relocation and doctor availability. This level of mismanagement is unacceptable.

They were very helpful and down to earth and no matter how many times I called and bugged Carol about something on my mind, she was always very helpful and nice. She also went out of her way to get things to me and work around my schedule. If you ever have to have thyroid cancer, see Dr. Rao and Carol. They'll treat you right!

I've called 20+ times this week to have the login to their "online portal" sent to me, as they can't send results privately on email or on a call like many other facilities can. I was told multiple times that an email was sent with login info (it never was); and then that their IT department wasn't responding. I asked for a call back on Tuesday, and had to call them repeatedly to no avail. I'm on the phone with their IT team now, and my email address was entered so incorrectly that a butcher would be offended. Plus, I've just found out that today (Friday) is the FIRST TIME they've received a call in regards to my results. I've asked to speak to my doctor several times, and have been offered call-backs without ever receiving them. And on my most recent call, I was told they didn't take enough blood and I now need to come back in to get my FULL results. Unacceptable. If you are thinking of switching doctors, I would recommend looking anywhere else that you possibly could. This place should be shut down. If I could post "0" stars, then I'd still try to post "-1" stars. Bottom line... RUN

Patients who require her specialty deserve more time and consideration during their visits. Although she was assigned as my primary care provider, I have decided not to continue care with her. That said, the rest of the staff are friendly and professional, and the clinic itself is clean and well-maintained.

Very clean clinic and experienced Doctor. Always one step ahead in referrals which is good because we do forget our appointments so it's good to know she cares. I highly recommend her

At 3:30 doctor Consolo came in to evaluate and discuss the next course of action for my mom. At 3:45 we made our next appointment and were out the door! Dr. Consolo is extremely smart and explains complex things in very simple terms that anybody can understand. Top notch care. Office staff was very nice and professional! I've been to a lot of doctor's offices over my lifetime and this is one of the absolute best if not the best experience.

Secondly Dr. Hickerson is awesome, my consult appointment was smooth and to the point. When it came to my procedure he was very tentative to my need and had some music playing in the background and kept a great conversation. I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend any father who's looking to get a vasectomy to go here.

She told my mom eating a "healthy diet" won't help her cancer and to not even give that a chance. Doctor said to focus on her pain meds because basically she had no chance to live. I understand that when cancer spreads that fast that it's not easy to treat, however, how can eating crap be good for you when your cancer is estrogen based and basically feeds off of sugar? She's a horrible doctor.. Too non chalant for my taste, too blunt, not nice. If I could give her no stars I would. She wouldn't even tell us that there are several different types of radiation to choose from.. Definitely a doctor that's controlled by money and big pharmaceutical companies. Doesn't want to help nor does she care about life, just wants to make as much money off of cancer as she possibly can, by making her pay for the most expensive treatments and pills. That's all.
