As someone who suffers from chronic inflammation, I have found my peace with Pamela's lymphatic massage. Instantly felt better, smoother, and less inflamed. She even spent some time on some sore muscles and scar tissue and was able to break up a "hard spot" that has now softened and made me feel way less swollen. Session 1: I've been suffering from progressive hearing loss, for the past few years. I've went to both the ENT and the neurologist and neither have been able to identify an issue. Pamela is a skilled and highly intuitive massage therapist. Since working from home, I developed chronic pain in my low back. I was going to physical therapy for a few weeks, but they couldn't locate the issue. The pain was better but still there. After one session with Pamela, she immediately identified that the issue was my psoas muscle. She worked to relieve the tension, and I could actually feel the muscle relaxing as she did it. I truly have not had back pain since! She was also able to relieve some sinus issues, a knot in my head that causes headaches, and some TMJ tension. Pamela used a variety of techniques and equipment. She recommended hydrating, and I actually wasn't very sore the next day, and I didn't have any marks from the cupping. If you have specific pain issues, I could not recommend Pamela more. So glad I found Pamela! I went in yesterday for a Lymphatic Drainage Massage because I was self conscious of my swollen ankles. Pamela explained what she would be doing, and asked throughout her massage if the pressure was ok to make sure I was comfortable. I could feel my feet and ankles draining.
