The ambiance in the store was rude and negative and was not an experience I enjoyed. The children said the candy was good but I believe it was overpriced and they were out of stock with many items. They seemed annoyed when the children walked in which made them very upset. I overall did not enjoy this experience and neither did my children.

Besides excellent ice cream, what really makes it stand out is the chocolate- chips and chunks. Everyone in our party had something that included this delectable chocolate. Graeters make their own chocolate chips/chunks by taking a high quality chocolate, melting it and adding it at the end of the churning process. Perfection! We had mocha chips, mint chocolate chip, buckeye blitz chocolate chip, and peanut butter chip. I was impressed by the staff, who despite a late line out the door Sunday afternoon, still had smiles on their faces, were kind and helpful, and actually seemed to enjoy being there. We looked around quite a while then found what we wanted. Some prices were a little high, but most were very reasonable. The lady in there was very friendly and willing to answer questions. She even tried to give a discount card, which I gave to my daughter and fiancé. Now, the look is different from the taste. We were disappointed. The stuff seemed older and very dry. The chocolate on the malted milk balls tasted like the cheap stuff you get at the dollar store. We probably won't go back even if in town. I called the number listed here soon after they opened, and inquired about getting 18 boxes of 6 buckeyes. They were able to accommodate me the same day, and had everything ready beautifully! Furthermore, we were so pleased with how friendly they are. We purchased a couple buckeyes to try for ourselves and oh my goodness, they were divine! I will definitely be recommending this shop for anyone looking for chocolates and buckeyes. Finally, our friends came from all over and had amazing things to say about the buckeyes.
