I called and made an appointment the day before, they did not have my appt in the system. They were able to fit me in. I wanted a gel-x fill in, the tech trimmed my nails so short he had to give me a full set. Never asking how short I wanted them, burned me THREE times with the drill removing them. This is probably the worst manicure I have ever been given my hands look like claws because he did not smooth out the tops of the nails. I asked for rhinestones and he did not do it and at that point I was not interested anymore. Then they have the nerve to ask for cash tips only. My right ring finger is killing me today because the way the gel-x nail was applied. I more than likely will go somewhere else to fix this mess. never going back highly do not recommend. read more

I got my nails done a week ago with Sam. The nails looked atrocious. He made fun of my nail beds and denied giving me the shape I wanted and gave me an oddly shaped coffin nail. This was a great experience! I had a manicure while out of town last week. I had an acrylic fill with shellac. First of all the suite was really appealing. The decor was unusual in the sense of being classy, clean and elegant looking. So often decor is lacking with nail businesses but it's the least worried about factor. I would have to say that my confidence in the business was high at least partly because I was drawn to the decor. But, that's not all! The nail tech was super friendly. En route to the nail salon, I happened to leave my sunroof open in the rain, and had sat in the soaking wet car seat. The tech offered me a fluffy towel so that I could be dry! She really went out of her way to assist me. The tech provided an excellent nail service. That was Thursday. Today is Sunday and my nails still look great. Majestic and regal nail spa located in The Collection at Forsyth. I have had gel nails and pedicures done here several times. They do a good job on the pedicures but most recently my gel nails started peeling shortly after application. The nail tech ladies are nice but the experience could be improved if they offered a drink during service as other nail salons do. read more

Looked on yelp for a nail place nearby that was open after 7:00 PM. Noticed this place had great reviews and was on my way home so I came in. I had no idea that they just opened a few days ago and were having a 20% deal. Bonus. The salon is beautiful, large and clean. Ariel at the front desk was welcoming and friendly and didn't mind that I arrived about 45 minutes before closing. Everything is brand new and beautiful and you feel like you are at a high end day spa. They even gave me a mimosa. It was a a perfect mid-week break. They have the spa chairs set up in separate "rooms" with a group of chairs that face each other. I'm looking forward to coming back with some friends so we can actually talk to each other without looking down a row of chairs. My nails look great and I'll be back! read more

I really don't like nail salons that are located in a mall or shopping center, but since I was dropping the girls off, I thought it would be perfect for them to be able to walk around afterwards. First of all, I feel places located in strips like this (the Collection) often charge more for the same service. My daughter just needed polish change, and she'd had this done multiple times before. If I get a routine polish change, it's at most $8 per fingers or toes. Here it was $24 for both. I would have expected that they file and cut the nails, as is routine, however this was not the case. That was the MAIN reason I wanted her to get her nails done was to get a good trim. Her toes especially were way too long. Well, after getting polish, she text me that they had not cut her nails at all. I was shocked, called and spoke to management and asked if that was not routine to cut and file. She assured me that was a part of the $24 service, yet it was not complete. The woman who went back to do her nails told my daughter she should have said something, which I somewhat agree, but she's shy and wasn't sure when they planned on cutting them. She didn't realize they were never going to do it, but I am used to the person working asking hey how short do you want these cut or do you want them cut. Anyway, they had to be redone which was a waste of time for everyone, and I think they were trying to get away with less work and yet charge $24 for something quick easy. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and will not be returning. read more

The nail salon search will continue... Since I found this location on Yelp, I'm doing a Yelp review. I can't tell you the name of the ladies who performed the service because we made no introductions to each other. I typically get a basic mani/pedi service when I go to a new salon. Cell phone stays in purse, I bring my own polish so I know I'll get the color I'm looking for and I pull off all of my jewelry & watch before service. I like to think I'm a being a good customer. For me this was an uncomfortable experience, that I wont repeat. I was asked to pay for my service before it was over. This is a new practice to me, I've only ever pre-paid with purchasing a Groupon. To me, the smell of the lotion wasn't pleasant, without luck, I tried to stop them from rubbing it all over my arms after I smelled it on my legs. Again, to me, this is not natural nail friendly. After my manicure, I had to dry my own nails by fanning them. The bad part of fanning them with random items from your purse is you mess them up. Thank goodness for the kindness of the nameless lady who did my pedicure. She fixed the smudges I made while trying to dry my own nails, very sweet young lady. The young lady across from me received wonderful attention and oddly her service was over when she was asked to pay. I believe the young lady had fake nails placed on her hands and gel nail polish placed on her toes, maybe those services will get you her experience. How my nail story ended...I sat in the car for 10 min and let the AC dry my nails. The world is full of different people who make you feel welcomed and who don't. I'll stick with the folks who make me feel welcomed, there is enough of them out there. read more

Super happy with my experience at this nail spa! They are located in the Collections shopping center in Cumming, GA. I wish they were closer to home or work but unfortunately, they are not. Everything from start to finish was seamless. Ariel took my appointment and assigned me to Lana. She did a fantastic job with my SNS nails. I really appreciated the great customer service and again, if I worked or lived closer, I'd be a regular client. The nail spa is beautiful. Lots of sparkly chandeliers, comfy pedicure chairs and the salon itself is well kept and maintained. If I'm in the area, I'll definitely stop by again for another SNS fill because I was very pleased with my very first visit. read more

Me and my daughter had an appointment at 11am, we were sat in our chairs for almost 20 mins waiting on a nail tech to put water in the basin for our pedicures. There were at least 4-5 people at the front desk just standing there instead of helping us. Needless to say the customer service was unimpressive we left and will never go back. On 4/1/2019 I went in with an appointment at 12:00 and was not seen until almost 12:30. I patiently waited and that was no issue at first. The nail tech I normally see was not there and so I was meet with a different tech. Which was also not a problem, since I had already seen four other techs at this location and they have all done fantastic jobs. In addition to this the manager at this location told me that she has insured that she hand selects all the nails techs and verifies that they are equipped to work with any kind of nail. After the tech had done my nails I was unpleased with my service, I did complain but the manager was not there so I left my number for her to contact me, and there was no other tech at the time that could redo my nails. I was told that I would receive a full refund and that they would redo my nails. On 4/2/2019 I went in at 9:30 am and was met with hostility from the manager, I showed her a picture of what I asked for and what the nail tech had done for me and she said that in her eyes they looked fine. But I was the costumer and I was unhappy with the service. I wasn't even asking for a refund, but that I should be able to have my normal nail tech redo my nails for no extra charge, which would have happened on 4/1/2019 before I left but all the techs were busy. The manager told me that there was nothing she could do, that I needed to pay half price to have my nails redone or have my nail tech fix them for free. I feel that this offer was unfair and was a waste of my time and my nail techs time. The manager is seen as the face of the company and I don't feel as if she was polite and understanding. I am extremely disappointed. Regarding the post Ariel the manger made, I was upset because I felt disrespected and mistreated at this establishment. Also she had followed me to the back of the store and got close to me, if she would have kept her distance I would not have been close to her. I have been going to this salon for two years and all I was asking for was to receive the level of service I had paid for. And even up until now I received no apology. Really REALLY wanted to like this place. But I can't. Here's why: 1st visit - had a full acrylic set done with jewels added. A young lady did them but never caught her name. My nails were just ok. Wasn't blown away, but came back for a fill in for a second try. 2nd visit - the nail tech who did the fill in was a different lady. As soon as she looked at my nails she remarked at how bad they were and that the wrong size tips were used on my fingers. Said they were too big. She asked where I got them done, to which I replied "Here. A few weeks ago by one of your colleagues." Should've been a red flag, but thought she might do better. Paid extra for gel polish - chipped in less than a week. 3rd visit - was great. Saw a good nail tech. He did a great job on my fill in & polish. No chipping. Got in and out pretty quick. 4th & last visit - it's been probably over a month since I last got my nails done. Didn't have a lot of time so I made an appointment that afternoon for 5:30 pm for the same nail tech as before. I got there early hoping they might be able to get me in early. Instead, the receptionist says the tech is running 15 mins behind. I was there at 5:20. My appointment was for 5:30 - the sign in sheet listed the person in front me for the same nail tech at 5:15. I'm not a nail tech, but I think even people who don't get their nails done know you're not getting them done in 15 mins. So I waited for 45 mins after my appointment time. I got SNS done because my nails were bad, but by the time we were near the end I noticed there were large black flakes in my red nails. You couldn't miss them. The tech didn't offer to fix it, which made the visit all the more frustrating. And even if they had, I don't think I could've sat for 30 more minutes while they completely re-did the two nails. I paid $40 for the SNS & can't justify paying that for what I got. Moral of the story, save your money. There are much better nail salons out there for the same price or read more
