My nails

I have been coming to noire nail bar since they opened and I have only had a hand full of unfortunate experiences honestly nothing bad until yesterday. Ever since noire has changed up there place they are way more sloppy and in my opinion it feels like they like quantity more than quality, such as yesterday when I had emily and she rushed so fast through my nails and not caring how they looked at all. She was so extremely rude to me to the point where I left in tears. I told her multiple time that my nails looked nothing like the picture and she continued to not listen to me when I was saying I didn't like them and they weren't what I wanted. She was so rude to me that I eventually just shut up and let her do it bc I was having so much anxiety and needed to get out of there. Safe to say noire nail bar has changed a lot and I'm extremely disappointed with how I was treated yesterday. Won't be coming back

This is probably the 2nd negative review I have ever left in my entire life. I work in the service industry and I understand how negative reviews can affect a business. My first visit was a walk in for a regular manicure about a month from today. The lady was very kind and did a good job. I decided to return for a pedicure and a set of nails (acrylics) this past Tuesday after two of my friends told me they got their nails done here. I read through the reviews and was shocked to see they only had 3 stars along with multiple reviews from very unsatisfied customers. However, even after reading the comments decided to still give them an opportunity based on the positive experience I received while I got my manicure. I will not be going back after my experience this past Tuesday. The girl that did my nails did not shape my nails evenly, the polish is all ready coming off and it's been two days, my cuticle was not clean (I learned when I called that they do not remove your cuticle, that you need to pay $10 for them to remove your cuticle) nails are bulky and not thin the way I asked. My pedicure was also poorly done, I paid $5 extra for the callous treatment and the lady hardly scrubbed. My 5 year old could have scrubbed harder. I made sure to wait a good 20 minutes before putting on my shoes to avoid any chipping, but my pedicure polish also. Oh, and she forgot to paint half of a pinky nail and i had to ask her to please paint my nail. I paid $33 for a pedicure and $35 for my nails and left a $17 tip. I'm just very disappointed, $85 hurt when you are not satisfied with the job. I called and the girl I spoke to said they could basically do nothing, that they could give me a 20% off for a future visit. I don't want money for another visit. I wanted my nails to look my for this weekends plans. After this experience I will not be going back.

I am saddened and appalled to write this review but, as a business owner myself I absolutely will not tolerate being treated this way. I was recommended to Wynn, about four months ago. She started out with a bang not only did she do my nails fantastic, she was funny with a great personality and we had great conversation. Each time I went the conversation was less and less and the price got higher and higher. I am a design girl so let me explain: I get an Acrylic fill-in then I get gel and then I get a design so I expect my nails to be around $45-$50 depending.... The last three times I went, The design level was about the same but the price kept going higher. As a consumer I questioned it when checking out but, still always just paid it and called it a day. Today I called for my monthly fill-in. I called the salon 4 times between the hours of 11 and 2 PM it kept going to voicemail, which I thought was very strange. At 2:30 I decided to call from my business phone so that maybe the caller ID would be different. Wynn answered and I said hi there, it's Nicole I'm looking for an appointment today after work and if not today perhaps tomorrow. GET READYYYYYYY.... she says I'm no longer taking appointments or doing nails. I decided I need to focus on being the manager of the salon. WHAT??? So at first I politely questioned her response because clearly I was very confused and then I said so I'm not going to come there at all and you don't want me to send any more people to you?? (Because I had already sent my family members as well as a few of my staff along with some friends of mine) she said that's right, don't send me any more people. I WAS SHOOK!!!!! What kind of nail salon is this?? Especially at times like this when money is not so free-flowing and I am very particular about who I use and spend my money with.... Wynn did not offer to put me with any of her staff or make an appointment for me with anyone else in the salon. I was so appalled by the conversation that I said, I feel like this is a personal attack against me and I am appalled by what you are saying. She said nothing further and I hung up the phone. I felt the need to leave a review so that this does not happen to anyone else. I have been getting my nails done since I was 15 years old let's just say it's the last 25 years & I have never in history experienced anything like this. Sad because she does great work...

I have been going here since before covid and love this place. They are all very nice and hospitable and my nails look great. Sometimes I can't find the exact gel or sns color I'm trying to match from a picture but I have had that problem many places before also....its not that serious.

I had amber and oh my goddddd her hands were light as a feather. she did an amazing, amazing job and she had great conversation the whole time. could not recommend this girl enough, although the salons prices when it comes to more complicated nails (the ones pictured here were $65) are a bit too much

Worst experience ever! Not professional at all. Overpriced! This was my second time visiting them. I booked 7 SNS and 6 pedicure for me and my friends for special occasion well in advance to have fun and relaxing time but it was just opposite. My friends came all the way from different parts of Atlanta as I recommended them after having good experience the first time. The manager made four of us sit in small room and my other two friends were sitting outside. They felt so left out. The main reason to book together was to sit together. Most of the technician rushed and finished our pedicure in less and 20 minutes. My technician did great job with art but my nails were not of same size and were cut too short. Please see the attached pictures. We all spent over $650.00 plus tip. I'm not the one to complain but I had to this time. Will NOT be going back.

My daughter had her nails done there yesterday. THEY LOOK TERRIBLE. She was quoted $40 for SNS and asked for a simple design as shown on pictures. ''Design' took 2 minutes and a kindergartner could have done better. Ended up costing $60 plus whatever tip she SHOULDN'T HAVE GIVEN. She left with crusty sns material on her cuticles and didn't ever get a mentionable manicure. She's too nice to return and complain. But she can tell all her friends not to go there. She has lots of friends. Stay away. See reference picture and salon picture. How's this going to look at the wedding?

My daughter suggested I try the nail bar that she's been using. Since I hadn't had my nails done in awhile, I decided to give them a try. They require masks, make you wash your hands immediately upon entry, use a plexiglass shield between you and the nail tech, and sit you every other seat unless you are with a friend. I always make an appointment. I have had a few techs and each time my SNS nails have looked great. I had "the Grinch" painted on my nails at Christmas and received many compliments! If you are looking for a clean, friendly, COVID compliant salon, try them out.

First time that I went here I went bc a good friend of mine always gets wonderful nails done. Gel, sns, designs you name it her nails always look great. And before you say she books with the same person she doesn't. She just shows up and get who ever is available. I think the time I went I got a new nail tech bc she was so rough on my nails she kept injuring me. She buffed my nails in a weird direction (forward and back???? Like why?) and then she was using too much force on her drill bits she kept burning my nail bed. Sure my nails looked great afterwards but they were in pain. I decided to come back a second time bc I was pleased with the way they looked and I gave the tech the benefit of the doubt that she was new and learning. (I made sure to let her know when she was being too rough and she corrected her ways) This second time that I came I wanted a gel manicure with cute little stars. The nail tech I had also had stars on her nails and they were pretty perfect!!!!! I asked her if she did them herself and she said yes. So I was confident that she'd do a great job..... far from even "they look good". How can your nail salon advertise such beautiful and perfect designs and then give someone something that looks like they've never drawn a star before. I understand designs take time and skill BUT IF YOUR NAIL TECH EMPLOYEE ISNT ABLE TO RECREATE their work or a design shown THEY NEED TO EITHER GET A TECH THAT DOES TO HELP OUT AND LET THE COSTUMER KNOW. My nails process today had already taken a little over an hour and I had other errands to run so I couldn't stick around to get a new set. How ever I did show the manager and she didn't seem to see a problem, so I pointed out that stars weren't exactly the best and I asked her to re do a couple. She didn't seem to happy and I know they were busy. But this could have been helped earlier if someone else had stepped in for the design. I don't think I will be returning or recommending this place to family/friends. Unless the manager is able to have an open conversation with her employees about being transparent and honest about their work. I am so sad that this is what I walked away with after paying 53$. Please do better next time.

Noire is a great place to have your nails done. It's clean, bright and shiny. Staff all speaks good English. I drive 23 miles to get here!
