The very first time I went here I had an incredible experience with my pedicure and eyebrow waxing, but the following 2 times have been very disappointing. My second visit I paid extra for a hot stone massage with my pedicure and got nothing more than some awkward circular rubbing around my calves with stones that were so hot it felt like my skin was burning and a mediocre pedicure with someone who clearly hated their job. Today I had an upgraded pedicure and though the massage and scrub felt great my cuticles weren't pushed back, the sidewalls weren't cleaned out, and the application was streaky. They barely buffed my feet at all, which was what I really needed from the service. The place is clean and well staffed but I don't recommend it. read more

We had appointments for pedicures at 9:30. Check in process easy. They were ready for us shortly after checking in. We felt a little rushed to pick a color but enjoyed our pedicures. Now I understand that you are not going to get the best service everywhere you go all of the time. My experience was not good, and inexcusable. Started out by having large gnats (bugs) flying around me at the techs table. Gnats got worse where my pedicure was located. Nail tech knew no English, or she put on a good act, acting as if she knew no English! She went so fast, that my dip is uneven, and most of my nails aren't even covered with dip. She started applying clear gel polish in my right hand and I questioned her, why are you using that on me, I did not ask for gel. She started wiping them off with her fingers, then later I had to tell her I needed her to remove it correctly. Ended up a totally different finish than my left hand and nails were not smoothed out around entire nail and cuticle. Very busy making conversations with her co-workers, that she paid little to no attention looking down at my nails or responding once. My Signature pedicure was a waste of time and money as well. She barely touched my legs and feet while working on them, and couldn't even clean under my toe nails. Paid extra for sugar scrub, and she barely touched me, nor touched my calves and feet. Overly priced. I had a fill acrylic with some nail art and it was $80. My newly full set with more detailed nail set AND gems was $85. Drinks aren't free so I cannot even justify that amount as it was not extensive nail art... my best suggestion is asking beforehand, otherwise you'll be in for a sticker shock for average nails. read more

I'd call for an appointment as they're typically pretty crowded when I visit! I've never not been able to get an appointment when i wanted one. Manicure, dip. Quality here always lasts. This is the only place with gel and dip where it last longer than 2 weeks. They grow out before they ever chip. They are quick and do good work. I like to schedule online but it's easier to just call them really. Only concern-- Nice place, but I do wonder a bit about the cleanliness because they move so fast and I don't see stuff coming out of individual hygienic packages like other places though. I had a great pedicure but the manicure was the absolute worst I've ever had. She stripped my nails down to where I basically had a hole in one nail. I had my nails and pedi done today at Anthony Vince Nails at Town Center. I asked for a gel pedi and a nail dip. They ask you to pick out a color, which are on numbered swatches, and say the color is available in acrylic, gel and dip. One person did my pedi while another did my mani dip. When they were finished, I looked from my hands to my feet and told them it was not the same color. I was told "sometimes they don't match". I said, "This is not even close. One is mauve and the other is coral. " They told me I could always find a color close to one of them and paint over the other. No other to fix the mistake. $110 paid, and now I have to fix the problem???? read more

I'm from California. I say that to say we have a very expensive economy and we make a lot of money. Things are way more pricey and I've never been quoted such an outrageous price. I came in today and requested a short French tip set along with acrylic toes. I was quoted $200 for a French tip toe and over $100 for a short set on my hands. I'm not broke but I'm not a fool. Definitely overpriced and over rated. Only good thing I can say about this establishment is it's a beautiful salon. Other than that absolute garbage. Came here with my cousin last Friday. It was VERY busy but partly due to a large party of some sort (bridal or mother to be I think). They had lots of color options and I loved that they did manicures and pedicures separately. Pedicure chairs were super nice too! My cousin had Nancy for regular pedicure and gel manicure and she was great! Super attentive. My pedicure lady was nice and did a good job but wasn't quite as "on it" as Nancy (I did not get her name either). For the acrylic fill with pink gel and gold metallic cuff I had Ann who did a great job and I think would've been able to do something more adventurous but I was nervous as my usual place is in CA where I normally live. Menu includes waxing and other services. Pricing was average in my experience. I believe all together it was just over $200 for two royal pedicures, gel manicure and acrylic fill/gel. I then tipped on top of that (which you should do). I would definitely come back on my next visit! read more

Pros : the inside is nice and clean and there's a lot of color selection, good location Cons: they techs weren't the nicest, they jerk your hand around and bark orders, rushed the process. No one at the front was very nice, just wanted to shuffle you in and out fast. All that being said my nails looked good after leaving, then two days later my dip chipped on 1 nail, and a week later on 5 different nails. I wasn't doing anything outside what I normally do for it to chip that soon. I'm fact I was doing less with the holidays being here. My dip typically lasts 2 weeks+, and I usually change for growth, not chipping. Super disappointed for the price paid it should be lasting at least 2 So many other nails salons in the KC area, same pricing, nicer people, and work that lasts the expected time. read more

This is hit or miss. Today was the last chance for me. I've had too many times at this nail salon where my nails do not look professionally done. Today, the service left my nails looking uneven, my original nails cracked and over drilled and the length was disproportional from each nail. My nails have missing dip and are rough to the touch. Beware- if you are unhappy and attempt to have them correct any mistakes, they will shame you into thinking you are the one that miscommunicated. I asked for a refund and was I informed it is their policy to never refund regardless of service our outcome of service. The nail tech mocked me and spoke to the other tech in another language about my concerns- laughing and continuing to speak to one another. When I voiced my concern and asked for a correction she took a phone call and did not come back to where she had asked me to sit. I finally left. Buyer beware- management does not support appropriate customer service. There are so many salons out there- don't be fooled by the appearance- it's not the upscale, customer service focused salon it pretends to be. Was happy they were able to take my appointment same day on a Sunday. Not many other nail salons are even open on Sundays so that was a plus. Everything went ok, removing my previous gel took a while. I didn't request any designs or anything, but the color came out with weird lines in it. I was really happy with my French tip pedicure and my French tip acrylic full set. They used all new file buffer etc., and everything was very sanitary. It was my first time visiting this salon. While it was very aesthetically appealing the pedicure was subpar. The male tech offered me the list of services and said "Most people just do the spa pedicure." While I appreciated his suggestion it was clear he wasn't interested in doing this any longer than he had to. After smelling the cigarette smoke permeating from him, I obliged with the shorter service. There was little attention to detail with low level techniques. Poor nail shaping, amateur filing and polishing skills. Did not use proper tools ie: used cuticle nippers to trim nails, used his sharp fingernail to wipe cuticles of excessive polish. He had me sit for 15 minutes for thick polish to dry and 4 hours after pedicure the polish smudged. Update...Ashlee, here is the receipt to help with your recollection. The email I received from your websites customer service team is vastly different than yours. Your deflection and defensiveness is not a good look for your business. Do better. read more

The nail technician, while very nice, rushed through the pedicure and ended up cutting my toes twice to the point I saw blood. I left worried about an infection and still have a sore toe.
