They overbook and do their work fast. Had an appointment , came in and there were 4 other people sitting there for the same time as me. There was no available tech and even when I got sat, I still had to wait. It was like they purposely schedule and tell people on the phone to come in just to bring in money. 2/13/24 gel manicure service. Website says service is $31. As I'm getting into my car I realize I was mysteriously charged a discrepancy of $14, as my total is $45. Receipt is not itemized, so you cannot determine line items from reviewing it. I call manager 5 minutes after leaving (who was sitting 4 feet away from me during service) to ask him why the difference given what the website says to what was charged. Instead of an apology, I get an adversarial retort of "why didn't you ask while you were here?" Mind you, this was all of five minutes ago. Manager declines to apologize and instead insinuates somehow it is the customer's fault that they have an out of date website up which I saw. He says gel manicures are actually $40. I then ask for the discrepancy between $45 and $40. I get told that there was a $5 upcharge for the removal of my 'impress' stick on nails. As context, when the technician was removing these with pliers she inadvertently yet horribly painfully grasped my natural nail and almost removed my left middle finger nail. I explain this 'upcharge' was not communicated. I'm confused how a business leaving an out of date website up is a customer's fault. I'm confused how upcharges are assessed without expressly being communicated. I'm also confused how upon learning the above, no apology is remitted, let alone a tack on fee waived. Twice during the service, other upcharges were attempted--a 'stronger' gel for $10 extra, nail designs, etc. At each time I declined, the technician seemed annoyed with me. Zero apology by manager. First time walk in and will never return again. It's one thing to have a poor experience, it's another thing for a company to learn where it messed up and take zero accountability. read more

Overpriced for what the quality was. I got french tip acrylics and a pedi, and that cost me 130$ !!! Service was mediocre at best, and rude at worst. The place was clean, which is about the only positive. My acrylics started coming off about a week after I got them. Not coming back. read more

Busy facility, so there's obviously happy customers. My friend and I went together and ordered the same service (dip manicure). I received a hand massage. She did not. And while this dip was the thinnest I've gotten it also cracked on two nails within 24 hours. So what I thought was good perhaps wasn't. I don't normally go out of my way to post reviews unless I've had an outstanding experience or a terrible experience. This unfortunately was a terrible experience. I've been here a couple times, and the past two experiences I've had have been extremely disappointing. I had this gentleman do my gel manicure and he completely rushed through it. Cut two of my fingers, and I ended up having to come in 6 days later to get it fixed because the polish was chipping off.. (Which shouldn't happen like this because it's gel?) I come back in to get it fixed. The woman who did the fix did an even worse job... Rushed through it (because she was clearly frustrated she was having to fix my nails) and missed spots. It almost felt intentional because it was so bad? I didn't want to make a fuss so I just left. I'll end up going to a different salon this week to get this mess fixed. The only reason I'm giving this two stars instead of one is because Haley has done my nails before and did a wonderful job. read more

At first I was so debate full about getting my nails done here because I've heard really good reviews as well as really bad reviews... but it was totally worth it. Everyone was really nice especially my nail tech his name is Tom. He did such an amazing job he took his time and also asked me if I was okay with his work or if I needed him to fix anything. At one point in the process I made him fix two of my nails and he was so kind about it and patient. I also loved the fact that while I was paying they only charged me for my service instead of insisting on a tip. I definitely loved it & I will be going back! I wanted to love this place, I really did. The usual place that I go to was closed and I had heard great things about Nail EnVogue. When I got there I immediately loved the environment - the chandeliers, smiling faces, and elegant color scheme. All was going well until it came down the actual reason I was there...to get my nails done. As I was getting my nails redipped time after time I realized how chunky they had become and how uneven the color was. After the final coat I was expecting that my nails would get reshaped one last time but unfortunately they turned out as little purple turds that bled onto my skin. In the end I was left with shapeless eggplant nails. I would give the environment a 4/5 but unfortunately I can't justify even putting 3/5 for the skill level. read more

Unfriendly, expensive & terrible job. I asked for a manicure and dip. 3 of my fingers were bleeding, the nails were done so quickly that there was dip all over my fingers, and my nails ended up looking worse than when I went in. When I asked someone to help fix them, they acted annoyed and after waiting I ended up just leaving. I will not return and would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I've been going to Kelsi for my nails for at least 5 years. She is the only person I'll go to and I followed her here from another salon. When I was getting acrylics she is the only technician I've had who could get them nice and thin. The nail polish selection is great and everyone is super friendly. The prices are also reasonable. They just redesigned the nail area to be one large U-shaped table and it's gorgeous. Love coming here. I recommend and appointment if you can as they are often quite busy, however they do take walk-ins. read more

They were so much nicer when they were small. Since they moved to the new location, they run late on appointments (our appointments started 30 minutes late recently and that was the second time that happened); they just tap your hand when they want you to move it and get mad when you don't understand what they want you to do and they constantly speak to one another in a foreign language although they all know how to speak English. After going there monthly for several years we have decided to go elsewhere. read more

If you want to get basic nails done (such as just painted) and have to come back within a week & pay a ton of money for it...this is your place. I have gone here with my mom and sister since I was 10 years old. I am 22 now. It makes me so sad giving such an awful review because Kim (the owner) is so sweet & kind. However her staff are not trained properly in my opinion. I have been to a lot of nail salons in my life considering I've gotten them done every 3 weeks for more than half of my life so far. I've been going to this salon for years and I'm shocked by the bad reviews I see. I tried many in the area and while it is busy, it's busy for a reason. They're good!! The prices are on par with other salons. They do offer a range of services depending on what you want or need. I know that there are people who are so cheap, they'll nickel and dime any business. The people who complain about extra costs are the same people who'll leave a 75 cent tip on a $30 service so ignore those reviewers. If they don't get comped everywhere they go, they leave a bad review. I've seen this with other businesses and it's akin to blackmail! The technicians at this salon never try to push a more expensive service. They ask you what you want done and it's the customer's decision. Again, their prices are very reasonable and they allow the customer to decide what they want done. I see the same people coming back year after year so they're obviously doing something right. I've always been very happy with the services and their entire staff will make sure you're satisfied. Over the years I've noticed there is very little turnover in staff which indicates that their employees are treated well. I can walk in knowing that any technician there will do a great job so I would highly recommend this business!! Again, it's unfortunate that people use Yelp and other review sites for negative reviews but many of these negative reviewers never leave positive reviews so take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. I went here to get a mani/pedi, because friends had recommended it. Terrible experience! The man who did my pedi did not understand English well enough to comprehend what I kept trying to tell him needed to be done for my feet. He thought he knew more about my own feet than I did. When I had repeated myself many, many times, that I could not walk in the disposable thongs, he asked me to go wash my hands in prep for the mani, I said again I could not walk in them, and took them off so I could walk safely to the sink. He exploded! Yelled very loudly in Vietnamese so the other techs could understand him, but not me. I said, to the other techs, I don't know what he's telling you, but he did not listen to what I said. I admit, I raised my voice, too. I couldn't believe what was happening! He abruptly left, went into back of salon, yelled loudly again, for several minutes, then stormed out of salon. Another tech arrived to do my nails. The owner ignored the whole situation. She never approached me, I had to ask to speak to her, then she called the whole thing a "misunderstanding". Very, very poor customer service. I paid for the services I received, but no offer of conciliation. Horrible, horrible way to run a business. I'm telling all my friends of my highly unpleasant experience there.
