I came here 3 weeks prior to this visit and had a fantastic gel mani. Went back again today and received this mess... the guy who did my polish change this time literally didn't even remove all of the pervious polish before applying more. He filed my natural nails with the mechanical file making them SO thin and cut my natural nails all different sizes. Didn't even trim my cuticles. The polish is clumpy and there's fuzz in it that he just globbed more polish over. It looks terrible. They also said the price went up $10 from last time but there's no posted prices anywhere and I have my receipt from the previous visit just 3 weeks before. So a gel polish change was $45, he even tried to say $55 at a point. Not normally one to leave a bad review but I'm literally so upset and going to get them fixed at a different salon tomorrow. read more

I really enjoy getting my nails done here! I have been here mult times over the last 1-2 years. Whenever I get my nails done I come here! Everyone is very nice and it's all pretty quick! My observations from a couple visits there: The owner smokes cigarettes inside when they are closing and drinks alcohol while he is working. I do not understand why someone would smoke in a business establishment where explosive chemicals are being used! Also, the staff argues when a client requests a particular nail tech. You can't set an appointment, because they do not honor them...and give you whoever is available. Even if you do not want that tech doing your nails!! The staff will argue about it and you will get stuck with someone you did not request. There are nicer salons with lower prices in the area. Move on!!!! read more

I wish I could give this place 6 stars. I broke a nail during a work trip in this area. I was in so much pain! I got my nail fixed, fills, a gel manicure and eyebrows waxed in an hour flat (as a walk in). My nails look gorgeous and brows are shaped perfect. The owner is so kind and awesome. I made an appointment a day in advance for a full dip set and manicure. I showed the girl my inspo picture and repeatedly asked her if she could accomplish what I wanted and she said yes. I asked for tips and dip powder she repeatedly tried to do acrylics on me and mumbled under her breath till she finally decided to do dip. She did a clear dip only 2 coats and I asked to add some pink nude as a dip and she told me no. That she would paint it on with gel. She then started the designs and they were rushed and not remotely what I asked for so I asked her to just do a French instead. She continued to mumble under her breath and rushed through it. I asked to get my cuticles done and she just went to the register and asked to pay me out. It was over $80 and was nothing I asked for. What was the most disappointing I saw the two other nail techs spend their time with every girl that came in and talked to them and made them all have a good experience. Within a couple of days I have lifting on all of my nails and two nails broken. read more

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! My first encounter at T-Nails was anything but relaxing or pleasant. From the moment my coworker & I walked in the young nail technicians were gossiping and talking about inappropriate things customers don't care to hear. During our pedicure we keep hearing how much money we had to spend (The company we work for paid for our services so we could have a relaxing couple hours away from job stress) and how that didn't include their tips (which the owner of our company stated he also tipped them). Trying to look over the menu list I was given the lady doing my pedi kept insisting I do a certain pedi so that I did to avoid conflict. All the services listed under that $34 pedi were NOT performed and my feet looked worse then they did when I walked in. The manicures only included soaking and polish (gel) not trimming cuticles, ect, ect. They nickel and dime you! When I got home that same evening I look down and my feet are literally peeling from the tips of my toes to my still cracked heels. I call to speak with the manager. The manager doesn't seem to remember us or even know the employee Angela that was my technician. She proceeds to say that maybe it's just my feet after trying to explain I get my feet done 1-2 times a month and my feet have never looked like this she hangs up on me! Award winning customer service and professionalism there huh . Jason the owner texts me 30mins later and told me he wanted to fix his employees wrong doing and to please come back tomorrow at 4pm and he will teach them how to do the job, it's the only way for them to learn. Well that was far from the truth I walked in and the "manager" that hung up in me goes OH ITS YOU FROM YESTERDAY and walks off, I wait for Jason to finish with his client he then proceeds to ask me to go outside to talk. While walking outside his "manager" shouts oh let her show you the 5yr old paint job. Jason and I spoke and he felt like nothing was their wrong doing and my feet had to just be that bad from the start and they can't fix it cause it's just how my feet are all callusy. If you want to be totally disappointed while being disrespected this would be the #1 place to go! I will never step foot in that nail salon again and will continue to be a faithful and happy customer at BeBe Nails in Olathe or Lynn Nails off Wornall Rd read more

i usually come here to get my nails done but this time around things were just off. i went in yesterday and within hours of gettinf acrylics the paint chipped and was basically melting off. went in today and they redid the three nails which was dope but theu are already peeling and chipping again! the nails polish is all over my fingers. just so weird because ive never experienced this at T Nails before :( read more

I've never been so uncomfortable at a nail salon in my life, and I've been patronizing them for more than a year, giving it chances again and again because it's close to where I live, and I just moved here! Jason (I think he's the owner) not only makes totally inappropriate comments and gestures, he drinks Natural Light during business hours in front of customers. He's creepy and unprofessional. Ohhhh, and other employees with Jason gossip about customers like we're at Mel's Diner. I've heard more than one person outside of their earshot that it's inappropriate. read more

I have been to T Nails twice now and have had great experiences! I've been with two different nail techs; Linda and Jason, and both were very friendly and very good. Jason took off my old dip and got a fresh color on in less than an hour! I was amazed at how quick he worked and how good the quality of the manicure was. They have a huge selection of dip powder and swatches that are clearly marked with their pricing. Every time I've been in they've had a decent amount of customers in the store but I've never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes! I love T nails! read more

Stopped in for a dip and got right in. Lots of colors to choose from which was a pleasant surprise. I was very happy with everything until I got home and took a closer look, a few of my nails looked matte compared to others that were shiny and there were a few smudged spots. I went back the next day and again, got right in. The color I had chosen was a special order by another client and top coat that was used didn't end up working well and hadn't fully dried I guess so that's what caused the issues. He immediately buffed my nails again and used a different top coat and made sure they were perfect before I left. I am super happy with everything and will definitely go back!!! First time going in did not go well. Very rushed service, even for a walk-in. I could tell she wanted to finish up with me because an appointment of hers had walked in. She even attempted to shove both of my hands in the gel LED light at the same time so they would cure faster. I had a gel polish change done and she did not soak off the old polish but instead ground it off with the drill. Damaged my nails a lot. Will not return. This place sucks. Went for a pedi they barely touched my feet. The girl there was new and was doing such a slow and crappy job the owner stepped in to do it. When I needed to get up they didn't help me get out of the chair or anything and my purse fell in the dirty water. Every place I've ever been to helps you with the chair, your bag, your shoes and everything when your nails are went and you have those unstable thin disposable shoes. They stared at me and acted callous about it. A little bit of kindness goes a long way. Also their pricing is hella overpriced for a completely bare minimum job. Nail perfection is better. I don't really understand how it could have gone so wrong! I wanted a mani/pedi but walked outta there with polish all over my cuticles and a painful cut on one of my fingers.
