****Update**** I am at the spa again and the manager who replied to this review no longer works here. Scheduling my appointment was a nightmare. I showed them the review and the messages with the employee who told me to ask for her next time I was in. Apparently she doesn't work here and they have no idea who she is and had never been employed with Anthony Vince' nail spa. The Gentlemen at the front counter was rude, he called his manager and we spoke for a minute until she understood that whoever sent the yahoo messages I received would do the next service for free. All of the sudden she spoke zero English. I cannot be more disappointed or dissatisfied with a company. read more

I have been to this spa three times and that was when I gave up. It looks like a nice place and they offer good services, but they are very pushy in trying to upsell you. If you want a basic $30 pedicure the staff do all they can to pressure into a $70 pedicure. If you don't, they talk about it amongst themselves, which is not very comfortable. The Polish Bar is opening soon on the east side of the complex. I hope it is better; otherwise, I'll go back to doing it myself. read more

To begin I will say it was easy to make an appointment but I can see why...my nails look horrible. I made an appointment for a new set. The first technician was clearly very new and inexperienced. She looked concerned when I said I wanted a new set so I agreed to her prompts to just do a fill. I'm pretty sure she had never done nails before judging by her nervousness and technique. Soon after she started another technician took over after witnessing the disaster. This one called herself "the best" and was quick but did a terrible job. NONE of my nails are the same size and shape and she was in such a rush that my shellac is bubbling. I even pointed out one of the flawed nails and she appeased me by filing it for 5 seconds but didn't correct it. Don't be fooled by the fancy decor, they don't know what they're doing. read more

They have cut me every time I go. They never give a good massage and are always rude. I have tried to give it a couple chances. But today they wouldn't give me time to choose my color (even though I was early) and then got mad at me when I asked to change my color after one nail because it didn't match the color I had chosen. They didn't ever let me switch colors. And were rude about the situation. The nails also were done terribly. read more

Beautiful space but short on talent. My daughter and I had appointments for fills. We asked to sit together but were not, even though there were plenty of stations open side by side. Most importantly though our fills were a huge dissapointment. My nails ended up not being smooth and the nails were crooked. I've never seen this before. My daughters nails were nicer but within 5 days, 4 of her nails had broken completely off. For a more expensive salon, our results were very disappointing and unsatisfying. This place is fantastic. I got a gift card from a friend for here even though it is about a 20 min drive from my house and I will continue to go here and make the drive from now on. The salon is beautiful and has a very fancy atmosphere. I feel like I stepped into somewhere fancy in Vegas or Hollywood. The had nice relaxing music playing and everything was very clean. Everyone there was so nice even the employees that were not working on you were super nice. They have a huge selection of polish. I had Leann and she was a doll and did a fantastic job on my gel nails. They lasted 3 weeks before starting to chip a little and I do a ton with my hands most of the time I am lucky to get 2 weeks max when I have gotten them done before She also took her time to really do well and make sure I was getting what I wanted and that I was happy with them. The salon is also huge and has a ton of spots and employees so I never saw anyone waiting. I will for sure be going back here a lot. read more

I have been here several times and it's usually pretty good. But I got a pedicure today and it was horrible. She didn't remove any dead skin or callus. All the nails are different lengths and shapes, she didn't even file some of them. There is a huge dent from when she put my shoes on. I asked her to paint it bright white for a wedding and she painted them tan. And the salt in the water dyed my ankles blue. I'm very upset. such a waste of $30. I tried calling but there was no manager or shift lead that I could talk to. Update: talked to a manager and he just kept saying that I have to come back and he wouldn't listen when I said that I can't come back because I'm at work and the wedding is tomorrow so I don't have to come get it fixed. Update: I'm bummed that management seems poor now that corporate has left. The talent is still phenomenal but they didn't have any consideration for my daughter, telling her that they were closed 45 minutes before closing time and also adding a "cash only tips" sign. I was told by a male that if I tip on my card, corporate will take some of it. It's been open about two months and between her and me it would have been our seventh visit. My sister went in to get her nails done for homecoming and they came out so curved and lumpy. They almost looked like claws. The nail tech did not do everything she asked for and put on a completely different color of glitter without asking her. My sister didn't say anything because they were closing so she felt like they rushed her. I called the next morning and let them know that she was unhappy. When we went in to get them fixed, and they gave us attitude because she didn't speak up. Mind you, my sister is only 15. They badgered her forever and we felt like they were talking about her behind her back. When they were done they still weren't very good. This place SUCKS. So do yourself a favor and don't even try it. Everyone we've told said they messed up their nails in some kind of way. I got a gel mani pedi TODAY for my upcoming wedding. The pedi turned out just okay, but the mani is not good. My nails were not filed evenly or uniformly in any way, she used scissors to cut back my nail when I requested them to be trimmed, there are bubbles and streaks, and that pinky is already lifting. So yeah, I'll have to go find a new place to do a new mani before my wedding in a couple days. The place was very, very clean though, which I appreciated. However, it was so hot that I was actually uncomfortable. I noticed they had a bunch of snacks and beverages, but was never offered anything, which is just whatever, but why have them, you know? Also now that I've read some reviews I don't appreciate the lack of accountability in the responses. Why respond, you know? Peace out. read more

They do such an amazing job here. It's is hard to figure out how much it costs because they don't inform you 100%. But again they are amazing. The one problem experience I had that I'm not so impressed with is they closed on me 45 minutes early... all the workers were still there and on their website it claimed they were still opened. I love this place. It's always super clean. The mail techs are funny and care about the experience you gave. Nam and Linda are two of my favorites. The only thing I would change is a wider variety of some of the colors but overall, well worth the extra $5 over other places. read more

I've been here a few times for pedicures & recently for a manicure. This place is a bit on the high-priced side - maybe they're charging for the decor & matching smocks? The pedicures: They were okay. Just okay. The staff was friendly enough; I thought for the price of the pedicure (I think it was around $65-ish?) would have been a little more involved. Instead I was left disappointed. The manicure: MASSIVE disappointment. And maybe my tech was having a rough day? But for a $48 manicure, I definitely expect a better experience. The gel polish started to lift after 4 days - mind you, I am NOT a picker and selected my go-to OPI color choice which I've never had issues with before. I think the tech "Lily" might have skipped a step or two, as she was more in a rush to get me out of there than anything. The hand/arm massage was very brief. Needless to say, this place will still be around for a while because the area has a ton of traffic. But I'll stick to the other smaller places in the area who are very friendly, higher value of services, and priced to be competitive. read more

Don't go here. I could have done these nails at home. I went in to get some nice gel nails. The lady was super rough with my hands and was super rushed with me. They ended up looking like I could have just done them myself. I had gel stick onto my skin that I had to peel off! Which then made the skin by my nails look torn and terrible. She was also super rough with the finger I told her to be careful with. I had to go home and try to clean them up. Not worth the $45!!!! However leaving two stars because my grandma got an acrylic set and the lady who did hers, her name was Lisa, was super kind and took her time with her nails. I appreciate that. read more

If I could give them "Zero" stars, I would. There were five in our group who went to have manicures and pedicures. The list of issues is long, but the top three: 1. They ripped off my daughter-in-law's old nails, tearing her nail bed. And, when the technician drew blood, she kept going. She didn't even soak her nails in acetone--she ripped her old nails off with her real nails. 2. They didn't remove all of the old nail polish from my daughter's nails. They just did the pedicure over it, leaving an odd outline on her nails. 3. All of my gel nails came off within 8 days, beginning within 48 hours. read more

I just wanted to have gel color on my nails. First of all the person at the front desk not friendly at all. The lady that did my gel color was in a bad mood she wanted me to do a manicure at the end gel got stick all over my fingers and I tell her and she said that happened because I didn't get a manicure. AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL experience... if I could give 0 stars I would. I came to get my nails done with my friend. They got started on her pedicure right away while I waited (no big deal at all) after waiting for about 15 minutes a lady finally showed up and starts mine. She tries to rush, doesn't really focus on doing a good job, doesn't trim my toe nails, goes right to massaging my feet then she slaps the hot towels on my legs for about 10 seconds and uses them to get lotion off my feet then proceeds to put one layer of nail polish on my toes and walks away. She was done with my pedicure before my friend got the first coat of nail polish on her toes even tho she started 15 minutes before me. I pointed out the calluses on my heals and sides of my feet that she never even scraped and she went back to use a nail file to try to help that issue. Now my feet feel rough and are still not even close to what feet should look like after a pedicure. The male manager walked around trying to hurry everyone along and employees didn't focus on customer service. The entire visit felt rushed. They got mad at us for looking at the wrong samples for colors...like we were supposed to know? We were rushed through picking our colors, and when I told the lady we were feeling rushed she just straight up stopped talking to me. I think her name was Lynn. She made my pinky bleed because she grinded down my cuticles instead of clipping them. I have wide nails, but it should be common sense to paint the whole nail? I had to ask her to get the edges, so she threw like four layers of just color on there and now they're way too thick and already starting to peel off. $35 for 4 hours of nails the building is beautiful and you walk in expecting to get pampered but I walked out angry and embarrassed. I'm a massage therapist and usually have to have bare nails so when I get to have them done it's rare and exciting, this was just disappointing. read more
