Anthony was great to work with. His diagnostic charge and repair charges were reasonable. He checked out my oven right away after first calling him. He gave me two diagnostic charge options: One was half the cost of other appliance repair companies but only covered until the first issue was found. The other option was a full diagnostic (what other companies charge) to find out if there are any other issues. Because this was a newly purchased home, I went with the full diagnostic option. In my case, there were two issues wrong with my oven and the second issue the part is no longer available, so I'm glad I went with the full diagnostic charge. It is nice that Anthony gave me the two options. I'm thinking some bad reviews might be because customers chose the cheaper half-diagnostic priced option and that didn't work out with them. read more

I have been calling this man for appliance service since 2019!! And if i don't have to buy a new appliance I will never cuz her gets the job done efficiently!!!!! He is always on time, extremely flexible and respectful of your time. None of my appliances he fixed has ever had an issue to where I had to keep calling him back. 9/10 same day he diagnosed the issue is the same day the service can be done unless a special part needs to be ordered. Anthony came becuase I thought there was a serious problem with my LG washing machine. After not using it for several months I forgot what all the button are for.
