I recently tried to replace my water inlet valve on my washing machine, (just trying to save $$),needless to say I had no luck reassembling the machine. I called JD, explained my issue and was promptly told that he was not going to touch my machine, he said it was an insult to his work that I didn't contact him first before attempting to fix it myself, I explained that I didn't mean to insult his business but was only trying to save money. I made a mistake and I was very willing to pay him whatever the cost would be. Needless to say I threw away his business card that I've had attached to my fridge for a long time. I feel terrible about his response to my request for service.
