He proceeded to call where I purchased my current refrigerator a lumberyard and it was a low model. (Home Depot). He criticized the brand of my choice of my current refrigerator. We immediately left and will tell everyone I know what a jerk this guy was and how we felt upon leaving. We went to another appliance store (Carl's Appliance) and they couldn't have been more accommodating and pleasant to work with. This company promises rebates as part of their sales pitch, but defrauds the customer by not paying…read morethe rebate. We purchased a Frigidaire double oven and dishwasher on 11/25/2016. The purchase price included a $400.00 national brand rebate and a $70.00 install delivery rebate. The rebate information is clearly indicated on the invoice. Despite many phone calls to Thomas Appliance and specifically to their Sales Manager, Ken, we have not received the rebate monies. During the last telephone conversation with Ken in February 2017, he indicated that the problem was in working with "foreign speaking" customer service representatives at the rebate center. In March, We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Thomas Appliance did not respond to the complaint.
