They took the back off the fridge and told me exactly what I told them on the phone and asked for my paperwork for the warranty that they didn't honor (I was aware of) but it's 90 degrees out and I have no fridge. So they came to my house to do absolutely nothing but stand and talk about how he can send me someone to fix my problem for more than my refrigerator cost brand new. Not only was it a waste of my time he wouldn't shut up and leave my house after taking my money for doing absolutely nothing but telling me what I already told him when I called. Never again.
