And I quote, "mam Im done being nice to you." Let me start by saying until those words were uttered I was nothing but nice, respectful and professional and simply called a company for repairs to my 3 year old Samsung washer that suddenly stopped spinning clothes out and was dripping. Let me preface. Called for washing repair service. Told them the machine would not spin out and goes off cycle and isnt working properly. He came and eyeball diagnosed and ordered a clutch and came back and installed. That was not the problem so issue continued. He asked me to start it so he could see it running when he came back, and said it needed stabilizers because I told him it was going off balance and that senors blah blah blab and he had to order that BUT WE HAVENT SEEN THOSE YET EITHER. Since he put the clutch on a month ago, my 3 year old Samsung Washing Machine NOW has water filling when its off and wont spin out. He was paid $360 to repair a broken machine he apparently wanted me to diagnose so he would know how to fix it...as the Appliance Expert. Thats literally the company name. Oh and he hung up on me twice during an attempt on my part to ask for a refund AT LEAST for the service call portion since I have not received the service. My 91 yr old MIL handled the initial calls and I took over as it appeared she was not getting anywhere with him. Now we are out a 3 yr old machine which a quick google search has told me it was preventing spinning due to a clogged or restricted drainage line and the water inlet valve has subsequently now broken as well. I was out of town so these guys were called in to fix it. They charged $377.00. I later found out that the switch is a $50.00 item and is a plugin. They did not even have to remove a screw to install it. Then when we got back in town the switch had come loose from its mount so I called them in to repair it. While working on the switch they broke the one they had installed but said that it was not under warranty since it had been more than 90 days. They wanted to get me for another $377.00 I am sure, but I said no and repaired it myself, which is how I know that the switch costs $50.00 and is just a plugin. They just gouge their customers. Don't call this place!

He came out immediately, reviewed his service notes, replaced the shocks with the brand he normally used since he had it in stock and didn't charge. After being in the house for five minutes, he said nothing was wrong. More operator errors than mechanical ones. He explained the operational features to the tenants. I was still on the property when he finished. He told me the outcome, I thanked him, and expected a bill of at least $100. Kevin called and explained that he would come out tomorrow and re-do the job that was not completed.
