If he says, he will call you, he does. If he says he gets to an event early to have plenty of time to setup, he does. And if he says he is self-contained and offers trash removal too, he does. Recently we wanted to show our appreciation to our employees and thought it would be great to offer them hot dogs and soda drinks. Jay agreed to serve 1000 hot dogs, plus offer water, sodas, and hot dog condiments. Here's the cliche, the whole process from beginning to end needed to be conducted within a 3-hour time frame. It was successfully done! Jay distributed 1000 hot dogs and drinks and our folks left with a smile and knowing that we appreciated them. Working with Jay was so easy and his flexibility with date and site made the event a real success. We looking forward to holding future events for other employee and know we will use Jay's Hot Dog Carts again.
