They have a walk-in humidor and a great selection of cigars at semi-reasonable prices. They do not serve alcohol but you can bring your own bottle or beverage. The store is small with a sofa sectional, couple of tables, and the counter area. They do have outside seating too. I recommend you stop in and place your name on their special event mailing list where they will notify you of distributor specials (normally on Fridays). You basically get free samples and deals on purchases (buy three cigars get one free). These individuals working there are knowledgeable and nice. If you need a quick refill on butane they will fill you up for free. They have cutters and punches there to use if you are traveling and don't have yours with you. A nice group of regulars frequent the place and are great company to chat with. If you're not a cigar aficionado I recommended asking "Dave" behind the counter for assistance in selecting a cigar for you based on your preferences. He really knows his stuff (personal humidors, accessories, cigars, etc.). He'll ask you three basic questions in helping select a cigar (Size, shape and color) For size, I tend to stay with the smaller length and gauge so I can enjoy maybe two cigars instead of puffing on a single big daddy all night. I Guillotine (straight cut) torpedoes shaped cigars and Punch cut perfecto shaped cigars. Personal preference for focusing the drag. As for color, just remember the darker the wrapper, the more full-bodied the cigar is likely to be. I enjoy Maduro and Oscuro wrappers (very dark). Would rate them five stars, but find their prices a little higher than other stores. read more

WORST CIGAR SHOP IN TUCSON THIS INCIDENT HAPPENED TODAY. 11/9 PETER OF ANTHONY's NORTH PLEASE READ So, I Spoke to JACOB, this morning in regards to availablility of a certain pipe from Peterson of Dublin to which he responded "I have hundreds of pipes man, I don't have time to go over each one of them over the phone." First, off I've spent thousands of dollars between all locations.. Second, Did I ask if he had time to go over each pipe over the phone... "NO" This employee should be FIRED on the basis that he has no tactfulness in dealing with the public, which is what he is being paid for. I've received this response from almost all the locations in Tucson. Word to the wise, save yourself the time & go elsewhere, where your business is welcomed & won't be treated like your money & time have no value. Horrible customer service, mediocre cigar selection at best, no events & an atmosphere teeming with sarcasm & disregard for anyone's experience but their own. A very cool cigar shop. Me and my girlfriend stumbled upon this place after eating at the Outback restuarant nearby. They have a huge walk-in humidor, sofas to relax on, bar tables, and TVs. They were very friendly and respectful. They must've had an event going on because there was a sales guy in the humidor and they gave me a free cigar when I bought 3 of the My Father brand. At the time, there were many smokers inside and outside the store. Not creepy, but guys just hanging out enjoying cigars and talking. The place does not sell alcohol, but they have a bring your own policy. Very nice place to smoke and buy cigars. Highly recommended. read more

I ran out of my favorite sticks and found this place online. It was easy to get to, the staff was very friendly, and they have a decent stock. Prices are a little high on some, but not outrageous. What more could you want? They even have s decent smoking room if needed. Solid place. read more

This is the place to go for cigars in east Tucson. They have a very nice selection of cigars with almost everything from Ashton to Zino, they also have a few hard to find cigars. Staff was very personable and the atmosphere was comfortable. They also carry most cigar accesories, pipes and a small selection of pipe tobacco. read more

Grant Ave location: Did not get a good feeling at this place. Obviously if you are a regular blue hair retiree this place wouldn't be bad. A colleague of mine and I stopped by this place based on yelp reviews while in Tucson on business and were less than impressed. The squirrelly guy behind the counter gave us a dirty look when we walked in. We entered the very narrow walk-in humidor to pick up a few sticks (nica rustica which they didn't have), the squirrelly fellow promptly met us in the walk-in (not saying a word just staring at us like we committed some fopaux by just walking in). So I told him what we were looking for; he was initially helpful, but he didn't know what they had in stock, took a quick look and darted out of the humidor without another word presumably to assist one of the pensioners in the "lounge". So we preceded to browse around in the humidor for something that peeked our interest even though the selection was very monotone (boring). We noticed that the clerk was just staring at us from behind the counter (no idea why, we were well dressed and fairly respectable looking). I'm not sure if he thought we were going to steal something or if he was making an attempt to be attentive. He did eventually pop back in and ask us "what else are you looking for?" (Just like that). I told him we were just browsing so he left. We decided to buy something so we didn't have to duck out feeling like this guy was going to call the police on us for shoplifting or something, very awkward. We made our purchases and were glad to be out of there. In summary poor customer service (that guy seriously needs to work on his people skills), and their selection is boring obviously tailored to the retired demographic. Avoid unless you have no other options. read more
