And I can say that A Cheap Towing Service, along with having a catchy name, was great to work with. My car needed to be towed from Costco, where I had gone for a tire rotation, to my mechanic, who contracts with A Cheap Tow. Shortly after my mechanic put in the call, I got a text from A Cheap Tow, showing they were on their way. Charles, the driver, followed up when he was close, and I was able to easily pass my poor Subaru off to him. I also got a follow-up text once it was dropped off at the mechanic. Thanks for helping to make my car issues as smooth to resolve as possible!

i was in a m.v.a. on august 14th and was injured and was taken by ambulance to the hospital…read moreunresponsive and the officer at the scene called carl's towing. i had no choice in the matter and when i called the next morning, literally as soon as they opened and he told me yes come on up and we will talk about it. when i get there he says you can pay almost $500 for his services or pay $150 and sign the recipt and that would give him my car plus the $150 i had to pay to even look at my car, i only needed to get my important stuff from it and wasnt allowed until the money was paid and i signed the recipt. i had several personal belongings on my car and inportant papers that had my personal information on them, when i got to my car my laptop that was in my purse in the front seat was shoved up under the passenger seat and my medication i had in my purse was gone as well. the personal papers were gone to and i have had calls asking me to finish my requests, one for a walmart card and another from a car lot wanting to sell me a new car based on my request. i have not done anything to try for a new car because of insurance companies. the driver in the oposite vehicle gave the wrong information and i cant get anything done and i cant scrap my car for a possible down payment for a car because carls took my car. i have spoken with several diffrent organizations that say he is not allowed to do that, espically since my insurance company had not been notified of the accident and had no chance to even look at my car. in my opinion carls is a thief and shady. would not reccomend to anyone, not even someone i hate.

I got it to Val's garage (5 stars!) on Sunday morning, and we decided that my best bet was to tow back to Indy to the orignial garage. I have AAA+, so the 1st 100 miles are free, and I had to pay the rest, which came to $270. (Wich AAA advised me of before the tow truck came.) AAA assigned my tow, communicated through their app, and Troy from Rescue Rangers showed up in about 20 minutes. I had my dog with me, so we set him up comfy in my car and just loaded him on the flat bed, too. So, we road tripped otgether for 150 miles! Troy even pulled over halfway at a gas station (his idea) so we could check that my dog was doing fine. Very polite and pleasant conversation during a very stressful time. Made it to the garage & unloaded safe & sound. #ReviewsByRL

However this clown told me he is dropping the car here and he did. I called the number on the side of the truck and the dispatch said when another truck finishes he will move it. Another truck came, looked and left. So thanks guys, so much, more like Reckless Rangers. Dropped the car at the wrong place even.
