Within 20 minutes he had the transfer case motor out of the truck and we determined that it was the likely culprit. He offered to call the local wrecking yard in the morning to see about getting a used one or we could get one from the local parts house. I opted for the prior, and by noon the next day Bennie had installed the used motor and reprogrammed the truck all for less than the price of a new transfer case motor. They offer real customer service.
