I would give zero stars if I can. These are the most incompetent sales people I have ever dealt with. They could not even tell me when my refund was processed. I spoke to a Renie Gibba at the Coral Gables store and she was so useless, I am not surprised that she had no clue what is going on with my refund. Anthropologie has lost me as a customer for life. I cannot deal with stupid people. Anthropologie should make all the salespeople at the Merrick Park Mall in Coral Gables FL enroll in customer service classes. Beautiful store. I feel like they have a wide range of styles as well as home decor and accessories. There were not many associates on the floor and only one lady at the cashier so it was a bit hard to find someone to ask questions. Anthropology is a high end store and the price tag reflects that, however they usually have some sort of discount on a variety of merchandise and a sales section of heavily discounted items. read more

Located in the Village of Merrick Park outdoor Mall, Anthropologie does a great job with their clothing displays. Unfortunately, I have a hard time fitting their clothes. Petite sizes are only available online. The employees are friendly and willing to help. I recommend you sign up for their email club. Sometime during your birthday month, they have a special invite only event where they have a cute display of yummy sandwiches, champagne, drinks, cupcakes, etc. read more

This review is for all come along husbands and like minded supporting individuals of their partners style and class Be a good boy and select a nice smelling candle or two. There is conveniently enough for us, a chair on the far left back side of the store, it's currently by the purses and hats. My advice is you let your partner ease her way all over this place she worships for pure unique elegance. Ponder all the reasons why you like the candle you chose VS the others before she comes and interrogates you as to how you came to your conclusion. You've had enough time to think it over by the time she's done critiquing and selecting everything else in this lovely store that thought of us with this chair. After doing this you may finally scroll through your phone as you wish but only after; lest you desire to linger in this store longer than she even anticipated. P. This is my wife's favorite store so we always visit all of the stores in every city we visit it seems. This store at Village of Merrick Park has been there since we've been going there. The store is a large footprint like most of the Anthropologie stores and it's also a big open space as well. There is a couch not far from the entrance which is what I refer to as the "guy section". It's a nice place to wait and relax and all Anthropologie stores have free wifi access and you don't have to give an email address to access etc. This store is located on the second level which is refered to as "main level". read more

Damn You Anthropologie!!! How do you do it!!! You always know how to display your items so cutely. It is hard to resist. This place is my home away from home. This location has ample shopping space. In every corner of the store it is filled with large array of baubles from dresses, tops, pants, coats, accessories, bedding, kitchen ware, books, and even cool gifts. It has the perfect clothing for my needs whether it be work or play. It's sale's corner is my quick fix. Anytime I am in Florida for business and I forget to pack something I run over here for alternative pieces. This place has saved me a few times. This place loses one star because of their cheap-ass zippers. I bought a pair of trousers for $30 (quite a steal) and the zipper broke during the first couple of hours of wear. It cost me an extra $15 to fix therefore there goes my savings. Not to mention the $80 skirt, I bought in order to go back to work. I love this place but my wallet doesn't. It can be quite expensive shopping here. Therefore a helpful hint, wait until it goes on sale. 90% of the time it will be on sale. The sales corner is the only way I can afford to shop. read more

Normally I love this brand, but this is not a typical Anthropologie store. They seem to really have a limited selection and limited size options, and the employees are usually too busy socializing to help customers. When they do acknowledge customers, they are rude and presumptuous. Tonight a woman walked up and warned us there might be glass on the floor, because I set down my son for a moment. I said, "Oh, that is concerning, maybe we should tell someone," and she got in my face and said they vacuum every morning. It was a very weird exchange. She acknowledged a safety hazard, and was (maybe?) warning me, while also asserting that by vacuuming in the morning, that's somehow enough, while also stating there might be glass on the floor, right now, that could cause an injury. This happened in front of three other adults. There are so many great stores in Miami, it's worth skipping this one, especially if you're wearing open toed shoes. read more

Well I'm a guy so this doesn't really apply to me but I AM fashionably inclined....that being said, this store has an attractive style of its own and doesnt settle for your every day designs. They have very curious accessories and they certainly do their job when it comes to product placement. I found their prices to be VERY reasonable considering it was in the Village of Merrick Park but their customer service was well up to par. In fact, I was there to buy my sister a Christmas present and the lady who attended me went out of her way to find me what I was looking for. If you're like me and don't like to give mainstream presents, check out Anthropology during this month to find something truly unique. read more

Love this Anthropologie location--just a bit more then the Lincoln Rd sister location. The store presentation and layout make it look bigger then the other location -- plus Merrick Park's location has a much nicer atmosphere to browse around, its less packed and sales rack choices more plentiful. read more

I love this brand. I love the antiques that they bring into the stores. I love all their wares, how they dress the windows, dispays, etc. The best location I've seen was in Palm Beach. This one seems to have much more clothes and the house goods are not displayed quite as well. but it is still one of my go to gifts for that almost one of a kind feel without breaking the bank. read more

Love the brand and love this location's selection. It's not quite as large as the store on Lincoln Road, but their apartment items are always top notch. I don't typically buy their clothes because I cannot afford them, but this store's window displays certainly are fun! The store never feels cluttered and the design is great. And the staff is actually friendly and attentive (which isn't always the case in stores in Miami). read more
