First time I had been there and there are quite a lot of nifty items for purchase. Nice vast variety of knick knacks, clothes, drink-ware, and a lot of miscellaneous items. Moderately pricey and this shop is located inside of Downtown Summerlin. There are workers who greet you when you walk in and there are plenty on the service floor. I am a frequent shopper in DTS and love anthropology clothes, however I hate this location! The last THREE times I came in the associates couldn't be bothered to speak to me! No greeting, nothing! The last time was so bad while I had a dress and shirt in my hand the associate on the sales floor walked right past me without a smile or anything! I put everything down left the store and took my money to Free People and because they were so sweet there made a large purchase. Please management fix this issue!!! read more

Really bad customer service Girls are bored I believe I was asking for help and they weren't very helpful and gave the cold shoulder. I live the brand and all the products .... But not the people who work there ! They need a real customer service training !!!!!!!! read more

Nice store but the rudest customer service. I will drive to another location to shop. The females (the males are courteous and helpful) are very cold to customers and act like they are being bothered. No wonder brick and mortar stores are closing down. A smile goes a long way. Every time I come into town, this Anthropologie is my first stop and only destination at Downtown Summerlin. I absolutely love working with Sue. She has the best style and is always honest about the way things fit. She has helped me find some of my favorite pieces in my wardrobe and I always look forward to working with her. She will go above and beyond to get you the right sizes and fits for your body type and also shows you different ways to get wear out of the pieces. I believe the managers name was Hannah who helped me. She was working on 12/2/25 at 6PM. I went to return two dresses that had never been worn, still wrapped in tissue paper with tags. I had a return slip and showed her multiple times that I'd started my return and showed her it said I was going to get the refund to my original form of payment. She rudely cut me off multiple times to tell me it doesn't matter what the return email says because "I'm outside the 30 day window". Then she kept insisting I needed to get her the date the package was delivered, ignoring the email I kept trying to show where I started the return the week before. I'd been out of town for my wedding and sister's baby shower but still made sure to start the return within the proper window. She was also holding the slip I printed after starting the return, but was too rude and condescending to bother looking. She finally caught herself because I kept telling her I'd started the return (and I'd told the girl who first started helping me) and finally told me I actually could get a refund. Horrible customer service. I never write reviews but she was so rude and wouldn't listen to what I was saying because it felt she already had her mind made up that she didn't want to help me and wanted to be difficult. I run a business and have worked in customer service and am appalled at how dismissive she was. read more

Suk is a stylist there and she helps me find the most beautiful clothes perfect for me. Her recommendations for the look I want to achieve are always perfect. For example, the last time I was there, I found a top I liked. She recommended a pencil skirt and a camisole that I would never looked at. I bought the whole thing!!!! Unique items you won't see in other stores! I've been an Anthropologie fan for many years. I love stumbling upon unique items from all around the world. They carry women's apparel & accessories, intimates, beauty products, home decor & furniture. Their stores are always put together so beautifully. I always walk out with something or a few somethings and inspired. On a recent splurge I brought home a lovely head vase since I have a collection going, a daily goals journal for my kid, a few mother of pearl coasters, an insanely soft cardigan, and a bouquet of dried pampas grass. Stepped into a beautiful dreamy store that smells so nice. Merchandise were arranged nicely and super organized. The staff is very welcoming and friendly; we were greeted as soon as we walked in and when we left. Sale area is my favorite area lol. There are always nice deals to be found. I bought a nice romper at retail because it was priced right and the material was super soft. Definitely recommend this store. Love the vibe. read more

I visited the location in Downtown Summerlin and was immediately greeted by a super nice lady who answered all my questions and helped me pick out some great Christmas gifts.
