Quality/Quantity - Discovered one of her favorite tops was on sale for only $65, she paid $109 for it last time. So now she is going to buy one of each color... Too bad they did not have them in stock for her size, but the really friendly and helpful associate shared that we can order it online. So that is what she will do. Atmosphere - Small clean fully staffed location. And none of us knew, they have a public bathroom, thanks. Saved me a trip. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 6pm, on Sundays from 11am to 6pm; Yelp hours differ. Service - 5 stars. The associate was amazing. Very helpful. Even made small talk with my daughter and I. Wish I had her name. Price - $65 + tax each; my wife will order online. Owner Comment - Congrats on the Gaps success since 1969. Congrats on Athleta success since 1998; Gap acquired Athleta in 2008 and opened the first brick and mortar store in 2011. read more

Absolutely beautiful clothes but customer service really needs some improvement. I was greeted as I browsed through the store but when it came down to asking for a size the lady at the dressing rooms wasn't helpful. I asked for a size S in one of the long sleeve button up tops in brown and she came back saying they didn't have any. When I was done trying on items in the dressing room I went to the section and double checked and lo and behold-- there was the S I had just asked for. So not really sure what happened but this is pretty disappointing when it does happen and let me say that I run into this situation a lot-- this happened at another store I was shopping at the other day and it's kinda ridiculous. Another thing I'm not a fan of is the over the top prices. Everything I looked at that was not a coat, jacket or sweater was $99, which is ridiculous. You have to have some variety in your prices-- you can't just price everything long sleeve $99. I know we're in a time of inflation but goodness gracious, gap corporation can lower their prices and still make their millions. I'd say those tops I saw for $99 could be better priced, around $69 or $79 max. Anywho I did buy one of their expensive tops and then got one of their sale items for $28 so that kinda evens out-- kinda. lol. Overall they have beautiful items in a great outdoor location but unfortunately they don't carry jeans. I was told by the sales lady that they only carry jeans online. Overall todays shopping experience was alright but not as fantastic as it could've been. I am glad that I was able to find some winter items though. I managed to not know anything about Athleta until last year and now I find myself drifting in pretty regularly to check out how I can look cute and sporty, but feel like I could hop in bed and watch a movie. Parking at this location can be a little dicey because it's a busy mall area, but I'm always impressed by the service in this store in particular and always walk out spending more than I planned walking in (the dangerous part :-). This store is not just for those who workout. It's also for those who love that simple, comfy WFH life. You know, that live in ath-leisure gear style. Ummm... Yes, please! Formerly a bigger fan of their competitor in Downtown Summerlin, I've converted. I find myself buying more pieces from Athleta due to their expanding selection of clothes that can pull double duty for a night out, a casual office environment, or hiking. Their sweaters, jackets, denim jeans, joggers, and tanks are lovely. My closet is slowly be converted to being 80% Athleta. Their price point is high, but their quality is superb in everything I buy. The store is in a nice area in Summerlin and very well kept. You can always go shopping and swing by North Italia or Flower Child for some grub. The employees here have always been very friendly and greet you upon walking it. They offer assistance in picking out different options, finding a proper size, and making sure your shopping experience is memorable and positive. The atmosphere is welcoming, even if you don't buy anything and are there to browse. Their return policy is pretty epic, they offer, and I quote "GIVE-IT-A-WORKOUT GUARANTEE. Work it out. If it doesn't perform, return it within 60 days." For a clothing store, that's pretty awesome. I had to return one item as it didn't wash as expected. I had it within that 60 days, and it was returned with an issue. Oh, they also are a Certified B Corporation. This requires them to consider environment, workers, and community as well as shareholders in its business decisions. Which, what's not to love about that?! Hot Tip: They have a lot of sales. Your girl loves a good sale. Keep an eye out for the 20% off total purchase coupons and knock yourself out in style (pun intended). Why have a business if you are going to close at 6 PM? I've come here twice now trying to return some things. Once at 7:30 PM (Yelp hours state closes at 7) and then now at 6:09 PM. Sign in door says they close at 6. A business can obviously have whatever hours they want. That being said, most businesses who want customers to spend money have hours that accommodate people who work during "business hours." read more

Went here to look for some workout clothes, first time ever coming to this store and wasn't sure what to expect. I was greeted when I walked in the store. I found some cute items, BUT the prices are astonishing. $100 for one item of clothing that is to work out in and doesn't seem great quality. If the quality was better I could absolutely see spending that amount, but the clothes seemed thin and like they wouldn't last. With all that said I would have considered shopping here again if the customer service was better than the prices, but their customer service matched the quality of the clothing, poor. One of the sales associate walked behind me as I shopped and fixed the clothes. The other 3 associates stood in a circle and talked to each other. Absolutely terrible customer service. I have been waiting for you Athleta. Welcome to Southern Nevada! I love that you chose to move in close to my Summerlin house. Super convenient for us to remain tight friends (although I would have traveled anywhere in the valley to be your friend!) So I am a Lulu Lemon "Lifer" when it comes to athletic wear (the actual stuff I am busting out burpies and sweating in a hot yoga class in). But when it comes to the "Athleisure" market of clothes that are tailored, comfy, athletic in style and travel wear, I am an Athleta "Lifer." Sincerely, from dresses I can sweat my ass off in Asia yet still kind of look polished to hands down the absolute best tailored blazer designed to kind of dress up my to/fro workout look, I am a believer in their athleisure quality and look. I think I have been wearing the sports looking tankinis for my swimwear of choice for about a dozen years. I don't think their work out pants and such are as good as Lulu Lemon, but that does not diminish my enthusiasm for everything else they sell. It is in their fabric that is super light, easy to travel in, breathable, some having an SPF factor and seem to always come in my color of choice...black! Wash in cold water and never throw in the dryer and you will have it forever. This store is conveniently located across the street from Boca Park behind PF Changs. Parking can sometimes be tight because the plaza is popular since its recent renovation. The store is packed with merchandise and the sales team could not be more helpful. They have a great, bright, open dressing room area to try things on. The small section off to the left side is where you can browse their sales deals. I should have left a review for this store sooner. Not only do I love their clothing, but their customer service is also amazing. I recently had a bad experience at Lorna Jane, and it made me appreciate all the great experiences I've had at Athleta that I took for granted. The women working in the store are friendly but not pushy or invasive. The clothing is quality (and with more of an edge than Lululemon, in my opinion.) And they have great sales and deals - especially if you get their Athleta card and earn points. Bottom line: I love their clothes and customer service ;) Thank you, ladies! read more

I agree with a lot of the reviews about the customer service in this store. I try so hard not to get offended, but it's so unfriendly. I love the clothes, but I HATE shopping here. You would think this area would demand great service. I'm confused why Athleta corporate doesn't do anything about it. The employees are so creepy. They stare at you and rarely offer help. Great clothing for working out, travel, and lounge. I love them WAY more than Lulu - they have the world's best leggings EVER. However, this location has terrible customer service. I've never actually been greeted when I've walked in and the sales people act like I'm putting them out when I ask for anything. Love this store!! I have always had trouble finding a pair of jeans that fit because I have a big butt and small waist. They have a pair that fits me like a glove. It's a miracle.
