I was alone and the associate named Kayla was able to determine my size just by looking at me. I was skeptical but I tried that size on and it was perfect!! She's good ! Two weeks ago I made a purchase, an supposedly got all my discounts. When I came home, and checked my online order that I had prepared, but did not process. The three items I bought came to being $20.00 cheaper. Therefore, I returned the items I bought in store, and on line through the store, and processed my own on line order. Yesterday, I went to this LB, and bought approximately 12 items, 7, in store, and 5 on line. I asked the salesperson if I would get the same discounts as I saw on line, and I showed her the order on line with same items, and she said not only do they offer online savings, but I will get additional in-store savings. Two items were non-refundable, but she told me because customers order on line with them in store, and items cannot be tried on, they would not refund, but would offer n in store credit. Therefore, I agreed to do everything in store. The total for inshore and on line through store came to $412, and did not include a brown Henley I wanted. When I came home, and I was going to delete the online order before I processed, I looked and for the same items including the extra Henley came to $332. That is a savings of $80 cheaper, with an additional item. I processed the order, and plan on returning everything I bought in store or ordered on line through store, but I would like refund on the non-refundable items, since I bought them on line myself, and they were sold to me under false circumstances.

For me, this place is a win for Polo accessories. In particular the hat selection is very good. It's about 20-25% of the retail pricing and I've come across some particular hats that I couldn't even find online. I've also gotten pretty lucky with their sneakers and casual shoes as well. I couldn't help but want to grab everything to try on! I ended up finding my dress in the back where the more formal dresses were. I love how the store is color coordinated so it's easy to find things if you have certain colors in mind or favorites. While shopping around I ended up finding a girls day outfit so double whammy and saves me a trip for the next event I needed to shop for. I am horrible at accessorizing and Kaylene was right by the cashier area where the accessories were so I asked her for help. Their clothes run smaller they're more so fitted for juniors also mentioned by the associates. Associates were welcoming and helpful. Some items I will say are a bit pricy for what they are but some are affordable. Just depends on the material and such. They have a whole fitting room in the back of the store but they block it off completely. But they do have 3 stalls available if you need to try anything on.
