Not organized! Not professional!…read more Asked me to sign forms for blood work from my doctors. five days later, they said they mailed me blood work forms to go Paml. Which is it? Said they would make appointment EKG, no appointment. Said they would mail colon test in mail, its been 3 weeks, nothing, Said they sent forms home with me. No Forms. Left message 16 days ago at answering service, no return call until this week. Please do research, their are better doctors out there!

I had questions about the referral and about the procedure this guy wanted to do and he totally flipped out and told me he felt like I didn't wanna be there and ya know what, he's right, I wanted to see a specialist due to my concerns and 3 previous surgeries done at Harborview, and didn't want him sticking a camera down my nose without first seeing and knowing how much metal is in my nose and face. He made me feel like I was beneath him but refused to provide me with a copy of the recording I consented to at the beginning of the visit. I did not go there for a procedure I was there for the first time to see a specialist. Bottom line, I'm extremely disappointed in Spokane Ear Nose and Throat and would Never visit them in the future. I'll just keep driving to Seattle and see my very caring knowledgeable Dr. A.J. Amadi even if my insurance doesn't cover it. I'd rather be taken care of than be treated like I'm a burden or have my questions & concerns answered with knowledgeable answers and care, rather than either not answer or make excuses or degrade me for even asking. I hope all your doctors aren't like this ARNP that's all I can say. Update: I was suppose to talk with the manager Kay Perry but I decided not to drive the 40 mile round trip in to possibly not be seen so I left a voicemail for her and for Patrick her boss but they of course did Not return my calls so I'll update if I hear from them however; I believe they won't contact me as this seems like a very dysfunctional medical facility. I'm positive there are fabulous doctors there unfortunately I was seen by an extremely unprofessional man who has issues with women. Update: Patrick Schmidt did call back and told me I'd need an order from a judge to get a copy of the recording of the visit I had which I believe is against HIPPA however I called my attorney for clarification. Geez these people have gone nuts! Oh well I'll Never Ever recommend Spokane ENT to anyone, especially women.

The water coming from the sink in my hospital room was brown. They transfuse everybody it seems. When I looked into it I learned Deaconess has the highest transfusion rate in the entire state. The doctors all seem to be leaving. First you get bad care, then they bill you because they cant get the insurance right. Awful, just awful health system. Go to Sacred Heart.

After a year relationship with these folks, and yes I could not get in there on their time frame, they refused one of my major meds with no explanation why. I then had to go to the ER/Urgent care to get an emergency substitution for that med. A week later her assistant called up telling me that they would not be refilling any meds until they saw me or my primary saw me. Which at the time was 2 and three months out. I was told that she was not going to argue with me, to go see urgent care for any med refills and to piss off. I contacted their supervisor and was told they would look in to the situation. I received a notice telling me they have canceled my up coming appointments and to go find another doctor and that they will provide emergency care for 30 days. Do not use these people. They are the worst in town. As I told this story to my friends and family their comment was always, oh that is the reason why, it's Rockwood..........Look for another provider. You are saving your own life.

I waited once with my pants and underwear off sitting with a piece of paper over my lap to see if I would get any direction on what to do, these are the words he chose to say to me, "I go the same place every time." Motioning for me to put my legs in the stirrups. He then instead of asking for me to spread my legs further, knocked my right leg open with force from his elbow. Not to mention when he uses the transvaginal ultrasound that he pushes very hard and doesn't give a rats ass about how that feels for YOU in YOUR body. I've been to many many fertility clinics in many different states and in Seattle as well and this man is AWFUL. I can not believe he is still in practice with the way he treats people. I mentioned this to the front desk and they basically said that because I am not HIS paying customer I am SOL on bedside manners and would have to endure the abuse. Are you kidding me?! After my last donation I was in so much pain and had developed cysts on my ovaries but even though he could have told me that, I had to go to 3 other doctors in Spokane to give me the answer. I spoke with those doctors about Dr. Robins and they told me to steer clear of him. I feel validated that other medical experts agree to avoid this piece of garbage person. Dr. Costa took the time to listen to my concerns, and addressed them in detail. His team is highly trained, and it was one of the most pleasant and low stress doctors visits I've had.
