I'd seen their trucks around the area and right in my own neighborhood. Catchy name is great too, so when I began to encounter a few too many six-legged houseguests, uh: pests...I along with my dear Queen Bee decided the time was now. I placed the call and was quickly connected to a lady named Jody, who is in charge of home accounts (versus commercial ones) and their related services. She asked a few similar questions to those I was asked at the beginning of the call, but with greater detail. So we opted on their yearly plan rather than a onetime treatment...our house IS in a semi swampy area after all. They have me a window two days out, and I received a reminder call the day before...great. An hour or so before our 3-5pm window, the tech calls. A couple of reschedules had to happen...can I stop by now? Yessir!!! Long story short: very thorough, quite professional and pleasant. He answered all our questions, treated every square inch both inside and out. Plan has him coming back every few months for another outdoor treatment...also on demand inside AND outside if more critters show up. Okay: I was quite impressed by the level of knowledge, courtesy etc. Would I recommend? Certainly, but not just for the above stated reason(s). I am so happy after using their service for the first time today.. would love to update after a couple weeks to make sure everything stays gone but so far so good. The gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable and friendly. He got right to work inspecting the house for all the different species of insects the previous owner so kindly left us to deal with. We used Anti-Pesto for 6 years and thought we were getting good service. $20,000 later in repairs to HVAC and pipes under our house we realize that we were getting terrible service. I was recommended Anti-Pesto by a neighbor. I called and received professional and friendly service. I had an appointment for a week later. The appointment setter even called me back with answers to a few questions I had. Dan Morris came out to assess my home (townhome) for termites after a neighbor a few units down alerted me to an issue he was experiencing with termites. Dan was on time and friendly. He even made it a point to be sweet to my pups which adds HUGE bonus points. Animals can be very territorial and sometimes fearful/anxiety ridden so this extra level of care meant so much to me. He thoroughly inspected the house, all the closets and the attic and provided me his professional expertise. Didn't try to sell me any additional services or anything. BUYER BEWARE! Bait stations were installed (11/21) but never monitored. The Anti-Pesto contract states they will inspect these stations as deemed necessary. Well, how are they gonna know it's necessary unless they inspect the stations? Nothing was updated on my online account since I had a manager out to our house (2/22) to tell me why the stations are not being monitored. What a rouse. Took our $699 install fee and $28 monthly fee for a year with no inspections done. STAY AWAY! read more

They're fair-priced they show up on time and if there's ever a problem they show up with no problem whatsoever and quickly! I've never had this house so free of bugs in the last 22 years! We always have received great service at a reasonable price from anti-pesto pest control. We've been with this same service for about 10 years. Last visit the technician asked if we wanted a free attic inspection, which we did since it was free. The inspection was done on time and well. I expected some type of up-selling as a result of the inspection but the technician said everything looked fine and nothing further was needed. We've had Antipesto as our pest control for almost a year. In that year, we've almost never seen bugs inside (the 2 or 3 we have seen are dead) and they've done an excellent job of controlling the wasps outside as well. Every time we've called about something their staff has been very courteous as well. They are worth every penny for pest control! read more

Dan was sarcastic and condescending. Entered my home without permission when I was not present! Gave me countless excuses of why they wouldn't come back out and do the consultation, with me present which is the legal way to do it, without charging me the annual membership an $195 fee plus $50 a month for an entire year! They brushed me aside and made me feel as if there was never going to be time for me. I played phone tag with the girls in the office for almost 2 weeks and everytime I called in they would tell me they had to call and check with Dan every little thing, even just to be put on the schedule. Took one or 2 days sometimes ror a response. Dealing with Dan has been an absolute nightmare!!!! He is rude and controlling. His demeanor is condescending and constantly interrupting and speaking over me. Even raised his voice to cut me off when I was explaining my concerns. I had to hang up the phone because he made me feel so uncomfortable. Minutes later I received a text saying the owner would call me ... still waiting for that call and to be honest I never want to hear from them again. If you do decide to call this company stay away from DAN!!!!! read more

Service with Anti-Pesto is enjoyable, simple and courteous. I like that I get reminder call ahead of time, that way I can remember to unlock my gate for my tech. My technician Bobby is so friendly and kind, my mother was house sitting for us once and became sick, Bobby told her where she could go to a clinic. He is so thoughtful that even three months later when he came back for service, he asked if my mom was feeling better.
