Appointment was scheduled. I contacted the trainer to confirmed and was told he had a family emergency and was unable to keep the scheduled appointment, and he would later contact me once he returned. I was more so disappointment in him not informing me he would not be able to keep the appointment, there's a reminder in the mind body application and he failed to contact me upon his return. I have experienced several personal trainers since I relocated to CA not keeping appointments or not serious about the health and fitness industry.

Ok so my dad age 79 was essentially bedridden after a series of hip surgeries. Physical Therapists…read moretold us to do certain stretches, but did not do really any hands-on help. I prayed for a miracle to help us find someone that could make a difference for my dad, and thank the Lord I found Dawn on Yelp. I reached out to her and she was the sweetest right away. She works with my dad 3 times per week. She has made an incredible difference with him. He is able to stand and march in place, even with a remaining leg contracture from surgery. With her help, the leg contracture has released more than we ever thought possible. He is really strong and healthy now. More than that, Dawn is an angel to communicate with. She's the highlight of his week because she's so sweet and empathetic, and makes the sessions so fun and enjoyable for him. She's a light in both our lives, and we are so thankful for her. Some people are blessed with different gifts and her gift of empathy and helping others-along with her amazing skillset and experience- is truly incredible.

New to this gym and a couple of weeks into it. I get a work out in the morning before work. So far…read moremy experience has been positive. I appreciate how each time I've been here, the staff is always cleaning and making sure equipment is in their right place (aside the dumb bells... wish members would be better about re-racking in the proper place) Going early in the AM, i usually wrap up with my work out when the morning crowd starts to fill up so I've never really had an issue with machines or equipment being tied up when I want to use it. If I had to be picky, the aqua bag has been out of order for the time I've been there, would be nice to repair or replace this so it can be used.
