Personally, I tried the beef and chicken empanadas and the avocado/tomato salad. That gooey Gouda cheese was the perfect addition. I was not a huge fan of the white dipping sauce, but it was still good. I prefer a chimichurri sauce for empanadas, but that's just me. I felt like I was sprinkling lime juice in using the cream sauce, just to dull down the saltines rather than for the flavor. The beef and cheese empanada was a bit oily, but less salty, whereas the shrimp empanada was quite salty. I was, however, quite impressed by the yucca fries.
