I've already tried her twice and honestly love the shaved ice. Her prices are good and she is very friendly and bubbly. I love to support small women owned businesses as well. I usually ask for sour spray and she lets me out as much or as little as I want myself, which I love because I like it EXTREMELY sour lol. Snow cones are always super juicy, as you can see in the photo the juice was spilling over. Definitely give her a try if you're in the Denton area. Convenient location right off the highway exit. I will definitely be getting snow cones from here when I can and when I'm in town. So far I've tried cherry/green apple/pickle juice. All the flavors were delicious! I have never tried them at Bubble Well, they were all really great! Let's take one by one. Watermelon GT, you right away taste the fresh watermelon that has been juiced and ends with Green Tea taste. This is super refreshing and I'd totally recommend for a hot weather especially in coming months when TX heat picks it up. It wasn't my drink; so, I don't know if there were watermelon bits - it would be a good plus for me if it's not already a thing. Brown Sugar MT was one of delicious and creamy one I've had so far. We all know that one chain that solely focuses on Brown Sugar, but Bubble Well replicates its own style Brown Sugar MT pretty well. I enjoyed that creamy foam on top that mixes especially with brown sugar syrup and milk. Lastly, my drink, Mango Coconut. This drink speaks SUMMER and TROPICAL as you sip through the drink. This is a perfect drink for lactose fam since it has coconut milk instead of Regular Milk. The sweetness was perfect to me, I absolutely loved the mango puree and coconut milk together. I brought my two boys here tonight about 45 minutes before closing to get snow cones…read more Unfortunately, all three of our snow cones had such a strong Pine-Sol taste that we couldn't eat them and had to throw all of them away. Hoping it was just the snow cones, I reordered and paid for ice cream instead. I asked the teenagers working if they had cleaned the snow cone machines with Pine-Sol, and they said no, they had only mopped the floors. The smell of Pine-Sol was so overwhelming that you could smell it outside the trailer even with all the windows closed. I explained that we had to throw away all of our snow cones because of the taste, and I suggested they might want to air the trailer out because the chemical smell was so strong that I was genuinely concerned about the employees breathing it in and all the snow cones were absorbing the taste. Every concern I brought up was met with shrugs and brushed off, which was honestly the most disappointing part of the experience for me. To make matters worse, another family who was there at the same time also threw away everything they ordered except the ice cream. They decided to just get waters because they didn't want to risk ordering anything else. Between the ruined snow cones and the complete lack of concern or accountability from the staff, my boys left disappointed, and so did I. we won't be returning.
