I recently purchased a 2nd boat from this dealer, I'm not easily impressed as I expect a higher level of service. I can honestly say that in 30 years of owning multiple boats and dealing with numerous dealers that I have never found a dealer for car or boats that conducts business like Antonietti Marine. The owner truly cares about there clients satisfaction, from parts to service these guys go the extra mile. They have been there for me every step of the way. I highly recommend them if your looking for a new boat, need service or just need a part. The old joke of the best days of owning a boat is the day you buy it and the day you sell it must have never worked with this company. The second boat is an Element E18 purchased in November 2021. This dealership has high standards when dealing with customers. Everyone is friendly and has a "no pressure" attitude. Mark, my recent salesman was great! Mark offered me suggestions and recommendations, allowing me to make the final decisions. The boat I bought was in the "production" stage. Great timing as I was able to make adjustments on the boat options. Am now enjoying my boat; it is everything and more than I expected. I brought my 9.9 HP 4 stroke here to be serviced. Everyone was friendly and helpful. When I left. I don't know how I managed to do this. But I didn't lock the latch to the trailer hitch on my car so when I got down the block the trailer came off and dragged behind me and when I stopped the tongue of the boat trailer got wedged under my car and was stuck. I called the nice girl at the front desk and she sent 2 guys out to quickly lifted the back of my car enough inches so I was able to get the trailer out. BUYER BEWARE !!! My Recent Experience I took my boat to Antonietti Marine & after a little over $6,300.00 they said that they replaced; Replaced all fuel injectors, Replaced both High Pressure Fuel Pumps, Replaced Spark Plugs, Replaced Fuel Filters, Replaced Water Separators, Replaced Thermostats, Replaced Water Pumps, Changed Oil and all lubes and fluids. After waiting a month to get it in there, then about a month of "Repairs" and still getting back a boat that. Then they said that I had sand in my tank, (well I did drive the beach to go back and forth to them) Now they cleaned the tank, and replaced all the fuel lines, Now they say that I need a new Electrical Relay. And they are going to bring that and install it hear on the lift no problem. Just have to order the part which should take about 3 days, It now almost 2 months later and I have not heard from them. THANKFULLY we no longer trusted them or just they were incompetent for marine engine repair. SO WE TOOK THE BOAT TO PELICAN MARINE (received great service, they even took it out several times so that when we got it back IT WAS DONE). 3 Day wait to bring it in. less than 1 month to fix. They had to replace some of the supposedly brand new fuel injectors that were no good. They also Replaced a float switch Also added a Brand new Bilge Pump Also add a New Windless For all of this they charged $1,560.00 They also informed me that the Fuel Injectors that I was charged so much for were absolutely not new, at best they were rebuilt, and the same thing for the 2 fuel pumps. I did not bother to ask about the rest of the new parts I purchased. I am sure that many of you have had a good experience with them, but this is just what happened to us. read more
