I can honestly say that in 30 years of owning multiple boats and dealing with numerous dealers that I have never found a dealer for car or boats that conducts business like Antonietti Marine. The owner truly cares about there clients satisfaction, from parts to service these guys go the extra mile. They have been there for me every step of the way. I highly recommend them if your looking for a new boat, need service or just need a part. The old joke of the best days of owning a boat is the day you buy it and the day you sell it must have never worked with this company. I was told by the mechanic, who seems to be a really decent guy the boat would be ready today(second time). I walked in today and I asked the owners wife when I could get it and questioned why so long. Her exact response was " It will be ready when we call you and tell you its ready". Now I am really concerned if its not right when I do get it back what happens. I can't imagine talking to one of my customers that way.

I went to this boat store to return a pair of boots and was given an absolute hard time by the…read moremanager, Chris (if that's his name). He claimed the boots were "worn," which was simply not true. They were returned in the same condition I purchased them. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he argued with me back and forth for 10-20 minutes before finally processing the return. To top it off, he told me not to come back to the store. Ironically, I was planning on purchasing a pair of sunglasses and several other items while I was there, but after the way I was treated, I won't be spending another dollar there. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. Customer service should be respectful and straightforward, not confrontational. Because of how this was handled, I will be contacting corporate. I would not recommend this store based on my experience.

I purchased a 2019 Carolina Skiff from Unreel Marine on Friday July 17th. The sale included the…read moreboat and trailer. I was assured that everything had been serviced and was fully functional. After the transaction I left the lot to proceed home. I made it 18 miles down the road and noticed smoke coming from the right trailer tire. I pulled off to inspect and found that the bearings in the hub were shot and it was metal on metal with no grease. I immediately contacted Mathew and was told to either find a repair shop close by or go to Walmart and buy grease and pack it with grease to get home. I asked if they could send a service technician to make the repair and was told they can't send a technician that far. Basically the sale was done and I was left stranded. I found a mobile trailer repair service and their findings were that there was absolutely no grease and the trailer had not been serviced or they would have noticed it. Not only were the hub, and bearings ruined but the axle was now ruined as well. I tried multiple times to contact both Mathew and the owner Brad Yeager but they won't return my calls. Per the mobile trailer repair service, had I not pulled off, the potential damage could have not only endangered my life but those on the road around me. Their lack of help and accountability is truly disgusting. I would not recommend their business to anyone.
