I had the beef brisket with macaroni and cheese and collard greens. I also had some potato salad. EVERYTHING, I repeat EVERYTHING was so good. The collard greens had just the right amount of vinegar (I like my greens tangy) and the mac and cheese was creamy and awesome. The brisket had the right amount of fat and lean and was so very tasty. Hubby got the two meat combo plate with St. Louis ribs and chicken, mac and cheese, cole slaw. I got the St. Louis ribs, mac and cheese, and collard greens for my mom. We also got a large potato salad and large collard greens to share. The food portion sizes were great. The taste was great. I highly recommend this place if you want awesome BBQ.

I decided on the smaller portion (8oz) but was happy to see that this truck was a lot more affordable than other food trucks. The small came with one tostada, which was super fresh. They also had the option to add fresh oysters (which I LOVE) so of course I opted for that. They added two large oysters, probably the biggest and best that I've ever had and there wasn't even an up charge! My husband got the steak tacos which came with three street taco sized tacos and some really good hot sauce on the side. She offered me and my friend fried blue crabs claws with garlic butter on top and when I say thing was slimy and salty to taste I was so disappointed. Because in reality I could have waited or been told when the boiled blue crabs would have been available.
