(No offense to other orthodontist but I feel this was told to me because do their lack of experience with advanced orthodontics and Invisalign). I started my research on looking for someone in the El Paso area who offered advanced orthodontics. I was lucky enough to find Dr. Teng and saw he had great reviews. I decided to go in for a consultation and was surprised at how many techniques that could be used were demonstrated to me. All treatments are different and yours may not be like mine; but the fact that he gave me options was already a go light for me. He also advised that I would be a candidate of Invisalign and as long as I followed the rules and hours needed to wear I should see some results. I followed all the rules that were told and wore it religiously. My treatment was done sooner than expected. My teeth are straighter than ever and my bite is not amazing ! All his staff is amazing as well they are so sweet and patient. I never encountered any of them being rude or grouchy which is rare to find nowadays. Stephanie at the front was always amazing as well sending me my appointments via email or written, they accommodated me pretty well. Don't be late tho because you only have a few min window which is understandable in order to deliver to amazing service they have. Came to the Clinic and the Receptionists were Courteous but that's where the the Courtesy stopped. Why did it seem that all the Women at this Clinic were curt and not friendly? I get more Courtesy at any cheap Restaurant here in El Paso. I have been working in the Health Care field for more than 30 years. Patients are our Customers and are in Pain and deserve Courtesy. Maybe I can't see their Smiles because of the fd eh Masks, but none the less. Dr. Darj the (barely) loose bridge would cost the entire amount of coverage, 3 grand. How convenient. I guess as a Senior Citizen any other repair will be out of pocket.. I was told that all the other work I discussed having with my last Dentist couldn't be done. Too many missing teeth.
