The staff members were kind as I had both kids for cleaning at the same time and they were seated at opposite ends so I had to walk back and forth to check up on them. Parents are welcome in the back to observe. My kids and I are wimps and this location off Sunland park have the most patient staff. The hygienists and dentists have the gentlest hands. I know I fell asleep when she worked on repairing a filling. They worked with our schedules and we all were able to get our cleanings and fillings done with our insurance. Billing was very clear and they asked permission before doing any procedures. I felt very safe with their COVID procedures. They do temperature checks and limit capacity.
