The menu has a variety of offerings but doesn't break any new ground in terms of unique or different options seen on menus everywhere else. Been here a couple times. The food I would say is ok. Burgers were burgers, nothing fancy or to brag about. But when I was looking for restaurants with sausage gravy made in restaurant, I shot right over (called to find out) there2 maybe 3 places that don't serve the trash out of a can. I'd rather have had the trash in the can. The sausage gravy they served on mine andy wife's omelette was disastrous. It was brown and tasted like they added beef bullion or something. It was overly salty. It's a nice little restaurant but mediocre ingredients and sub par recipes ruin it. But every time we have been there, the service has been fantastic and attentive. read more

So ladies and gentlemen where do I begin... when I got there I had to wait to be seated which took 5 minutes and the funny thing is there was only 2 other families in the restaurant. Where is all the staff??? Then when I sat down I looked at the menu and they were charging 15 bucks 1/3 burger single btw. When I got my food it was small, wet, and disassembled. So after me reassembling my burger, I took a bite and it was super dry. The staff there were nice but only filled my drink once when I was there. I feel this place could be so much better, although it is nice however the presentation of food could be better. The portion size is smaller than we were used to . I ordered a blt and it looked like they had a shortage of lettuce and tomatoes. We got the sample platter and there wasn't much to it for the price as the chicken strips were more like chicken nuggets. The ambience was nice and service was fast. No nonsense and straightforward, this bar and grill was busy on the day my friends and I arrived to get some brunch. The friendly waitress greeted us and said 'Sorry if I'm breaking anyone's heart here, but it's breakfast only right now'. I replied that she WAS breaking MY heart, but I guess I'd roll with breakfast Nice to find a place with a good sense of humor. Can't remember her name, but she was very pleasant. I ordered the breakfast burrito. You'd be forgiven if you thought they were trying to kill you by sending you this thing. It's enormous!! Literally the size of a brick. Totally solid block of food. Very tasty though. Not watery, good flavors and the sauces used (BBQ and cheese sauce) are all American and flavorful. This giant piece of breakfast nourishment was $10.99. God Bless America. Friendly fast service, good food and a comfortable environment. We came for the saganaki but enjoyed all our meals.

If you like Leo's coney island- with a bar and gray furnishings- this might be a good dinner spot for you. The food was mid. Most definitely GFS frozen foods heated up. When you arrive, you'll be greeted by a nice manure aroma. Sorry, but $49 for a burger, pita, coffee, mozzarella sticks, and a water, is just too much to ask for the quality. On the plus side, the wait staff was attentive and friendly, and the place was clean. read more

Horrible!!!!!! I use to love this place. It was my 1# breakfast spot in midland. But I will never go back again now. They have forever lost a loyal costumer. I went in today with a friend and first ordered drinks which were poorly made. Then it took 15 min for our waitress to come take our orders. She was very stand offish and unfriendly. I had their eggs, Benedict and my friend had the gyro. The eggs were under cooked. The whites were still liquid. Not cooked at all. The dish had 0 flavor. There was something in the sandwich that made my friend get sick because it was fat gelatinous and just wrong. We waited 20 minutes for our waitress to come back so that we could tell her our problems because she was not attentive at all. Never asking us how anything was we told them about our food? and never asked if we wanted to replace anything took it away and brought us our bill charging us for the food we didn't eat because of how disgusting it was. We had to wait another 15 minutes for the waitress to come back so we could let her know we shouldn't have to pay for the horrible food. We did not eat. She said she would have to go get her manager and it took another 20 minutes. Finally the manager wanted to give us lessons on how poached eggs were cooked, which was incorrect and disgusting and how that's not how the lamb should've been we agree it should not have been, but it was and to make us pay for food that physically got us sick in the restaurant was ridiculous. They did take the food off finally, but when dealing with the waitress to check out, she was so obviously angry with us she would not even say a word, never apologizing that we had an issue just printed off our receipt, took my credit card handed me the receipt, and then walked away again I will never set foot in that restaurant again and I don't think anyone else should either. read more

I would give the server a 6. Chelsea was a very nice server. We had spaghetti and meat sauce. They only put a little bit of sauce on it, so when you ask for extra, they bring a tiny bowl out and charge $5 extra. Extra for my grandson's refill drink. Really bad! Ordered calamari and the little squids came out fried to a crisp and the hoops were like chewing through a thick rubber band. Really bad! As someone else had mentioned it is just Gordon Food and prices are ridiculous for a side (tiny) salad it was $5.00 to add onion rings to my sandwich they charged $7.00 and that was for six disgusting onion rings which I could have gotten better ones at Burger King. I should've known better than to take the family to eat here when it was a Friday night at 6:00 pm and there were only five cars in parking lot. Service was pretty bad as well but I am thinking she was a new server so have to cut her break. Do yourself a favor and find another place to eat. read more

Stopped in for dinner with a group of ladies. We found the Greek food to be where it's at! The lemon rice soup was really good as were the Greek salad, Greek kabob combo dinner and gyro dinner. Had dinner here yesterday and we were very happy. The guys had Italian sandwiches and the girls ate wings. We had two appetizers, first was a mix of fried cheese, wings, rings, strips. Second was the flaming Saganaki, both were very good. Brandy was our excellent server. Meal ands apps were severed quickly. Beers and drinks were very good as well. As I write this, I still don't know the rating I will give this place. I know it was closed for a while and just recently re opened under the Antonio's B &G. It's very clean, love the windows and the light coming in. The menu kind of took me back. They offer American; Italian; Greek; Asian; Mexican; Seafood; as well as regular bar fare and appetizers. Ever hear the phrase "jack of all trades, master of none?" Wow. I'll post the menu pics. Ordered the cup of broccoli cheddar and the Italian sausage sandwich. The soup was way over blended with no chunks of broccoli and was way, way too salty. The sandwich wasn't a true sandwich as expected, it was essentially an open face sandwich that was drowning in sauce, trying to hide the unmelted cheese. So, knife and fork it was. Taste wise, it wasn't bad at all, the sauce was good but since there was so much it overwhelmed everything else. Bartender was nice, but a tad over zealous. I tried to comment on the soup being too salty and he replied that he likes it salty. Oooookay. I'm really debating between 2 and 3 stars. Being new, I'll hope that this was part of the learning curve so I'll give them 3 - but I won't be in any rush to stop back read more

The reviews I read lead me to choose this place for dinner. Here's the real deal. This place is simply a mediocre diner with a bar. The service was over and above. Couldn't be better. However the food was low level diner fare and the owner or manager was just a complete ass and terrorizing his servers. We tipped our server well and she admitted the boss was a jerk. Soooo yummy and great service. Keith was our server and a great, friendly, and speedy waiter. The food was delish. We got a chicken gyro pita, grilled cheese and chicken finger salad. All outstanding with the homemade taziki and honey mustard sauce. Made for a great stop during a soccer tournament weekend! Wished we lived closer to return more often. The renovation of the tired old restaurant looks great, but the food and service were underwhelming. The side salad consisted of a handful of lettuce that looked past its prime, and the coleslaw had a rather grayish tinge. I can't imagine why that would be acceptable to serve to guests. We ordered fish (which was excellent) and fries but got fish and rice. Took quite a while for the fries to arrive and they were cold. Also had the chicken gyro, which was very good. Might give the place one more chance but, for the price, I expect better. read more

Enjoyed an excellent lunch of chicken and dumpling soup and a Slim Jim sandwich. The ham was Dearborn ham and the bun was fresh with very thin slices of tomato. Keith was an outstanding waiter.
