Instead of respecting that, he told one of his coworkers that I was "one of those people" and said they'd just park their moving truck in the middle of the street. Look, I get that moving is hectic and they're trying to do their job--but that doesn't mean the people who actually live here should have to rearrange everything to make it easier for them. A little basic respect and communication would go a long way. Do the job you're paid to do without making it everyone else's problem.

I used their service yesterday (03/29/20), they gave me a 12-3pm window, the guys called me prior to coming out, gave me a heads up which I needed because I was not at the pick up location. They got to my apartment at 12:10. Marcus, Vann, and Kurtis show up, and my first thought was, "wait did I ask for a 3 man crew or 2?" because the 3 man crew was extra per hour. They told me, no you're down for a 2 man crew but you're getting all 3 of us today! Wow, how great is that, no extra charge! So, right away I informed the guys that I added an extra stop (to a storage unit), than originally planned. No issue. I let them know which items were for storage and which items were going to the new house. After we got that handled, THEN they started the clock when the first box got touched. So, you don't have to worry about this company trying to take advantage of that hourly rate. They start when the first box is touched and stop the clock when last box is dropped off. These guys did an amazing job and were very careful with the boxes that i had marked fragile, they communicated well with each other and that lead to getting the job done quicker (than I expected). At the storage unit, they put it together like a puzzle getting all my boxes and china cabinets, and etc in place. Once at the new house, they were on top of it, they got everything moved in and set up really quickly. He was responsive and was involved during the whole move with multiple courtesy calls to verify everything was moving smooth. His employees are truly stand up guys. Very professional and courteous. Stair runs and other materials where used to make sure the floors, staircase and doors weren't damaged.
