Finally went in to sit down and try Antonio's last weekend and we were very impressed. The vibe is laid back and diverse. Many people getting take out or dining in. We sat at the bar and the bartender was very friendly and helpful. They have a large selection of beer and a full bar. We ordered a buffalo chicken Caesar salad which was fresh and very good quality food. Then we ordered a few individual slices to try. The Hawaiian was below average in my opinion, but my husband loved the meat lovers (it seemed more fresh, had just been cooked instead of the Hawaiian sitting out longer). The mac attack (mac n cheese) pizza is delicious, every time I've ordered. One of my favorites.

Our daughter recommended this place to us and we were sort of skeptical on another pizza place. But this place does it right and has LIFE CHANGING PIZZA SLICES. We went there around college graduation and slipped in before it got too crowded and there was a beer representative there giving out some samples which added to the atmosphere. The vast array of slices pleases the eye and I can't say enough how good the pizza slices are! We'll make a special trip to visit one of the many locations ~ SO GOOD. read more

Disappointed. Read good things about Antonio's. Visited for the first time today, a Sunday at about 1:30 for lunch. Upon entering we were greeted with a beautiful array of pizza on display and a smiling, friendly "pizza man"! He told my husband and I to chose s slice and he would have them delivered to the bar. The place was nicely appointed and sparkling clean! We are bar people. The young guy tending bar was really bad. He had no personality and moved so slowly it was annoying. The pizza I thought was good. It could have been a bit hotter. We had calamari that was overlooked and more peppers than calamari. The Bartender never picked up our dirty dishes. Too bad. The attitude of your servers can outweigh the small issues we had with the good. This guy was bad, until his friends came in. We then saw him smile. Your bar could be so much busier! Was in Wooster for a BB game with my granddaughters and Just had a light supper and will probably never go back. The hostess who seated us was a real pickle puss. After sitting down asked for a menu, THEY HAD NONE; just had to use a phone which I did not have. Asked the server and he said he would ask the manager, when no answer I asked for the manager who was working behind the bar. She said no menu and insinuated "tough luck", no help at all, so my granddaughter ordered off her phone. How much would a simple printed B&W cost? We thought that you pick your ingredients and they make the pizza you want. No, they already made the pizzas and you pick the slices you want. So don't expect it to be piping hot and crisp. Fantastic service. The front guys are very patient and willing to walk you through your order. The pizza is better than average. It's a pretty crunchy medium crust and the toppings are usual pretty flavorful. Keep in mind that the pizzas are reheated because they sit on a display. My father brought my mom here for dinner. They wanted to sit outside during the summer months. Dad ordered two slices of pizza at the counter cause they don't have wait services out on the patio. Dad walks with a walker do to a physical handicap. All he asked for was assistances taking the pizza outside to my mom. The staff behind the counter agreed but wanted to ask manager on duty. The manager politely refused to allow the staff to help my dad take the pizza out. Dad want not asking for a waiter only for assistance with taking the pizza out to the patio. It's really a shitty place for groups in general BC it's noisy as hell. But in general, Long story short?: They. Tax. On. The. Tip. Last time I was here, the manager *vehemently mansplained* to me that restaurants are *supposed* to tax on their tips - the mandatory tip for groups. I told him to prove it. I like this place for a few reasons. It's clean. The table, the menu, even the men's room were all spotless. The Hostess was friendly enough, but she almost gave me away by saying "Didn't get enough last night? Back for more?" My date looked at me hard. I had taken my Daughter there the night before. All was well. My guest was quite surprised when we walked up to pick out choices. To be honest, so was I. There Pizza offerings look better than any menu I have seen. This is not just some Pizza Joint. The options? Imagination! Have you ever felt satisfied and hungry at the same time? You won't be hungry when you leave, if you are it's your fault. There are endless pizza options so even for people who aren't the biggest pizza fans you can still find something yummy here. They also have some tasty salads. Antonio's is a breath of fresh air to the Worcester Pizza scene. Before Antonio's, pizza in Worcester was limited to greek style pies of fair to poor quality and variety and aside from Fantastic's the service was questionable at best. Volturno certainly raised the bar, but that's high class pizza, best eaten at the restaurant and not at home around the dinner table or the tv. Antonio's fills this niche, providing quality pizza and good take away service. Even if Antonio's had to compete on quality and service, they would have every single pizza place in the city beat on the awesome variety of slices you can or order. Why no one else makes a quesadilla pizza, or a Caesar salad pizza, or even a cheese steak pizza is beyond me, and that's on three of the different types of pizza you can get. The only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars is the price per slice, which is a bit on the high side for me and the slightly clunky ordering system. When you pay, you have to remember the names of which slices you ordered, which is fine if you only ordered a few, but when you've got 6 slices, each with different toppings, it becomes hard to keep them straight. Antonio's is showing where great casual pizza in Worcester can go. If they fix their ordering system and maybe reign in their prices, there's nothing stopping them from taking over pizza in Worcester. read more

This is my second favorite pizza in Worcester. They definitely have the best selection in the city, though. The pizza display is always filled with at least 20 different kinds of pizza with slices ranging from your garden variety pepperoni to some very interesting slices topped with avacado. They definitely get points for creativity. The only downside is the price. Each slice is $4+ and each pizza is $18+. The meals are reasonable, though, and come with some very tasty kettle chips. read more

The staff is very kind and accommodating, and make an observable effort to maximize each customer's experience. This spot also has a bar adjacent to their pizza ovens, making it a fun time for the whole family. I highly recommend this joint and plan to return again. read more

Wow!! We've been wanting to stop here for quite a while. We finally did on 4/22/17 in the early afternoon. Our server was great, very personable and attentive. We decided to try this place after checking the website and seeing that they offered "Kids eat free" on Monday and Tuesdays. Once seated I asked the waitress who seemed very confused and she told us that kids don't I fact eat free. We decided to stay and ordered shrimp skillet appetizer, sausage pizza, buffalo chicken salad and mac and cheese. The food was very disappointing. The shrimp skillet was so watery and came with 4 pieces of bread smaller than a potato chip, when we asked for more bread, we were advised that it was going to be an additional $1.00. They should have called it Shrimp Soup. The mac and cheese was more like macaroni in bottled alfredo sauce. Our server forgot the sides and we had to remind her on our way out that we didn't get all the food we ordered. I would not recommend this place to anyone as it not worth the money. read more

Let me first start this review by saying I went to UMass Amherst and know their original location to be delicious, quick and friendly. The guys in Amherst are super fast with their orders and always so friendly and offer suggestions to various slices! I've gone to this Worcester location now 3 times and this last time has totally changed my mind. It first started when we arrived and the hostess just hung out by the high tops chatting with some fellow friends of hers. She saw us come in and let us stand in the entrance for 5 minutes before she offered to seat us. Once we were seated our waitress was nice so that's the only exception. When we went to get our pizza the guy taking orders was super busy but we gave him our 3 pizza choices and said we'd like one more. He was busy taking other slices out of the oven so we waited. He then asked what do we want and I added the 4th slice. So then he scolded us saying we are suppose to order all at once and said now he doesn't know which slices are ours?? It was not only rude but so unprofessional being scolded for a situation we didn't create. We gave him our 4 pizza slices again and then he waived us on to help the next group of people. I have to say I wouldn't rush to this location anytime soon unless you want takeout and don't want human interaction. read more

My husband and I visited this location today. We've never been here before. We walked in and were met by the nicest kid (we are in our 50s, he's in his early 20s, lol). He told us we could sit where we wanted and so we sat in the bar area, at a high top. This "kid", we found out, was Brian. Brian was courteous, helpful and so personable. He came to check on us without being overboard. He waited the perfect time in between visits and it always seemed that when we needed him, we didn't even have to ask because he would be at the table. HOT CHEESE UP FRONT! Ahh my Antonios. I miss my college days back in 93-97. Late nights in downtown Amherst, after the bars closed and lines out the doors of this place. "HOT CHEESE UP FRONT!" is what they would yell out serving dollar cheese and sicilian slices late night to the bar crowds....arriving here recently brought me back. Still fantasic heavily portioned slices with amazing toppings you don't find anywhere else in this volume. This is a different location without the downtown Amherst late night vibe, but same great selection of delicious pizza slices. Spicy onion, pepper chicken is my favorite. Sicilian is always a a good backbone as a second if I decide to venture out to a black bean taco slice, or a lasagne slice etc. Anyways, long gone are my college days, but long live my favorite pizza place. Great spin on large italian style heavilly loaded slices with every kind of topping you can possibly imagine. This place even has a bar, unlike the simple hole-in-the-wall location in Amherst that made my memories. Try it Worcester. You won't regret it. read more
