Their first visit they went to the house did a mediocre job didn't even backwash the pool and the pool was left looking not good and cloudy . I called up and spoke to a woman on the phone who gave me an attitude because I'm calling letting her know that the pool looks bad after I paid them to service it and that this is a business that I am running here and then I need my pool, not to be cloudy and looking bad The owner drew the came to the house went on about how he's the best And how it takes time to get the chemicals correct 10 days later the pool looks 10 times worse and it's green. I will attach photos. This guy says he's the best but couldn't even manage to get my Pool water looking good. Then after I call other companies up and I got Liverpool Pool and Spa to come out and handle the situation, they told me how bad this company is, I can clearly see that as I just hired them less than a month ago, and I've already fired them. I don't have some Lil pool either. This is an inground $80,000 pool with a salt water system and the they can't even manage to get the Pool water clear, how could you trust them with any kind of installation? They go out of their way to make sure my hot tub is properly installed and serviced. Angela is really good at analyzing the hot tub water's chemical balance and then educating the customer about how to keep it balanced. It would be easier for me to get my chemicals online or at some big box store but I always go to this shop because of a the quality of their goods and the excellent service. I'm on the second hot tub now purchased from them, after I upgraded from my old one, and I have never been anything but completely satisfied doing business with them. Great local business!

I called with a question and they said they were too busy to answer it but If I stopped by in a couple days they might have time. then I went down there and the woman I spoke to acted like I was her first customer ever. Never again. I know everyone has their issues with any business but I expect at least a pool company to know what they are doing.

Took Phil just over an hour to clear the clog. He gave me the option to have him stop or continue and snake and clean out all the issues in the sewer line. Phil expressed how bad the sewer condition was in as we didn't think it was ever cleaned in the 97 years our home has been here. Decided to have him continue cleaning the line and then flush it for one final step to remove all the residue. Excellent work and would highly recommend.
