There are a lot of bad Pool companies, but this company takes the crown as the worst one. I called…read morethem three weeks ago after I saw one of their trucks drive-by saying they do service calls. Their first visit they went to the house did a mediocre job didn't even backwash the pool and the pool was left looking not good and cloudy . I called up and spoke to a woman on the phone who gave me an attitude because I'm calling letting her know that the pool looks bad after I paid them to service it and that this is a business that I am running here and then I need my pool, not to be cloudy and looking bad The owner drew the came to the house went on about how he's the best And how it takes time to get the chemicals correct 10 days later the pool looks 10 times worse and it's green. I will attach photos. This guy says he's the best but couldn't even manage to get my Pool water looking good. Then after I call other companies up and I got Liverpool Pool and Spa to come out and handle the situation, they told me how bad this company is, I can clearly see that as I just hired them less than a month ago, and I've already fired them. I don't have some Lil pool either. This is an inground $80,000 pool with a salt water system and the they can't even manage to get the Pool water clear, how could you trust them with any kind of installation?
