He and his worker showed up on Wednesday and installed a new tankless water heater in about 4 hours. After two weeks without hot water, she was back in business in 3 days after talking to Rick on a Sunday. Rick is beyond amazing and saved the day. This spring (less than a year later) I have flooding in my basement again. The warranty? Oh, that was only for the one wall that they treated, we didn't mean that you would not have water in your basement next year. If you want a dry basement we have to treat more, that will be another $5300. The initial contract said they would install a 1/3 hp sump pump if needed, but they decided it wasn't needed. Funny, I have water in my basement, I guess I need that sump pump. Their answer? No, we didn't think we needed it then, so you don't get one now. RUN AWAY!! RUN FAR FAR AWAY!

Piles of dirt everywhere and when we called to complain, they were not helpful at all. Upon fixing the lawn ourselves, we found that they threw the old septic parts into the piles they left. These parts would have caused extensive damage to our lawn mower and someone could have gotten hurt. Only after all of this did we find out that the drivers/servicemen work on a commission basis! Now we really doubt all of the repairs they did. DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR RESIDENTIAL WORK!!!!!!!!! At the very least, do not trust that they will return your lawn to normal.
