When we followed up in September, we were told the woman who scheduled closings wasn't there, but that our number would be added to the list, the same list we were supposedly already on. Still, no one ever contacted us. By early October, with temperatures dropping into the 30s at night, my husband called again. This time, we were told that they had actually been scheduling closings since August, meaning we had been completely misled from the start. Once again, we were told someone would call us to schedule, and once again, no call ever came. After being ignored and given the runaround for nearly two months, we've now switched to another company. Cannon Pools clearly has no organization, accountability, or regard for customer service. If you value your time and your pool, go elsewhere; this company is entirely unreliable.

I've been having a clarity issue this year, long story short, they made the problem worse with what they had me do to fix it, then I got to pay for the stuff to fix the problem they created. I even changed the sand in the filter at their suggestion, which it turns out is not the problem. $400. Hope the margin was good on the sales because I'll never be in again. Their first visit they went to the house did a mediocre job didn't even backwash the pool and the pool was left looking not good and cloudy .
