Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and every experience is different. My experience has been great. We order from here frequently. Delivery is always smooth. Customer service has been top notch. Chicken and jojos, Stromboli, calzone, Garlic and cheese bread, pizza, chicken salad, and everything else has been great. I should have listened to my gut instincts on this one. Their reviews were poor to begin with but we took a chance for a celebratory party for my husband while we were visiting my family in Ohio. The pizza's were undercooked and waaay too thick with dough and we ordered 5lb in wings that didn't show up when the delivery girl showed up (who seemed stoned and out of it). I had to call them and have them redelivered and the wings were extremely cold, dry and tiny. Like pitiful. The manager would only refund me $25 out of $70 for those despicable wings. None of my guests even touched them they were so gross. We had to go pick up more wings from another local restaurant. I would never ever give them my money again. We were all so disappointed with the service and the quality of food. It was truly HORRIBLE. Don't waste your money at this place - there are way better pizza places around. Horrible delivery services! We have tried delivery twice and are 0 for 2. The driver finally called after an hour and a half and didn't know where we live or where they were. The response after we gave directions was "well, it's going to be a while". We live about 2 miles from their doorstep (43 minute walk!) I will say I don't blame the driver. I suspect that they have something wrong with their system. We decided to call and see about a refund and were told that "we don't do refunds". So.... First time trying their pizza, wings, and a salad. Terrible food. We ordered the meat lovers thin crust pizza called the italiano. Meat was overdone, little sauce, and frankly it tasted like cardboard. Not sure how old the meat. Threw out the last piece. It was what is called a stoner or drunk person's pizza. You have to be very stoned or very drunk in order to make this pizza edible. The salad tasted metallic as if it had to much preservatives. Drenched in water. Oh and the wings...don't waste your money. Skinny little wings with a non memorable buffalo ranch sauce. If you do order the wings, eat them as fast as you can because once they cool, are they awful. Let me tell you the sauce is delicious. The crust perfect. I'm very picky when it comes to pizza. I have ordered here about 12 times in a 4 month span. I ordered a $100 worth of food, Samantha S. Who couldn't of been ruder checked me out! She seemed mad to see me picking up my food and after I paid walked into the back without a word. I needed a side of hot sauce and stood there for 5 minutes before she saw me (she was on the phone) she simply could of asked the caller to hold a minute to say she'd be right with me or ask what I needed as my food sat on the counter. I continued to stand there for about another 6 minutes plus, and nothing. I got mad and left. The shame is my work down the street does a lot of business with them, but I for one as a manager will never order my employees food from the establishment. I got hip to Antonio's from the Copley location with the Brew Wall. My family and I decided to try the green location and the food was equally delicious. We got a rustico pizza and a salad. My all time favorite are the Philly cheesesteak nuggets!! A must try! read more

Let me first state that I rarely give a five star rating. I am a pizza snob. I am very particular about what I like. Today for lunch I ordered a small, extra cheese pizza. It took a while for it to get here but it was definitely worth the wait. It was amazing. The crust was tender yet had a delicate crunch. The sauce is the best I've ever had, not too sweet and not bitter in the least. The next time I will order regular cheese. There was way too much cheese, it that is even possible. This has now replaced my number one pizza - Rocco's on Portage Trail, in Cuyahoga Falls, OH and my second - Chelsie's in Grapevine Texas. When we travel we seek out the best pizza in the area. I found it here in Green (Uniontown). The only downfall of this pizza place is that I don't have one close to home, but I will survive with it here at work. I DEFINITELY recommend it. read more

Wanting to try something different we opted for Antonio's. We knew going in that this was going to cost more than your normal pizza chain. They have a great menu. We tried the Sicilian 216 and Nana's BBQ pizza, and a simple cheese pizza for the kiddo. When you hear "Mmmmmmmmmm oh yeahhhhh" with the first bite, you can assume it's going to be a hit. THE BEST pizza I've had. Ever. Love the sauce. The crust. The high quality toppings. Worth every dollar. Even the kiddo said we must get all our pizza from here from now on. Tonight for the first time I had the thick Chicago-style pizza with the sausage and pepperoni. I added extra cheese. I am not kidding when I say this pizza was heaven-sent. It was delicious. I love their food, but tonight's customer service was terrible. I ordered 2 Chicken Club salads, was told it would be about 10 min., so I hung out to wait. About 5 min. after I ordered, another lady walked in and ordered an Antipasto salad. The lady who took her order went to the kitchen made the salad in about 3 min and came out and handed it to the customer. Mine still wasn't started. The young man that took my order was also trying to make salads and wait on customers. So my salad just kept getting interrupted by him waiting on customers. He was clearly new and struggling with speed. He was reprimanded by the man making the pizzas, possibly the manager, who told him he needed to get the salads made because that is the easiest station in the place. So I waited while this young man made several other salads for orders that were called in online and mine still hadn't been touched. 25 min later I get my salads and head out the door. Once at home I opened the bag to find 2 Cobb salads, which don't contain any chicken but do contain mushrooms that my husband hates and ham that I don't eat!
