Went there on Tuesday and forgot it was all-you-can-eat wing night. The last time I went I was slightly disappointed in my steak and the service. This time QSL Canton totally redeemed themselves! The wings and fries came fast and were delicious! My wife has some food sensitivities, and the kitchen staff went out of their way to make sure there was no cross-contamination. Her food was slower coming out because of that, but it looked and tasted amazing! Lilly was a very attentive waitress, and management went above and beyond to make sure everything was great! Highly reccomended. Back in the day some friends and I would drive to the original QSL in Sharon, PA for wings. We were looking for a quick meal so decided to pick up Quaker Steak. I love that they have a drive through window. So convenient to just drive through and grab food. Food was ready about 20 minutes after it was ordered. We got the grilled chicken wrap (original bbq was the sauce chosen) and my son said the sauce was a bit sweet, but he still ate the wrap up. He also got the baked beans in the side and said he really enjoyed them. I chose the QS&L boneless chicken salad. The salad is one of my favorite items, because I'm getting my veggies in with the wing sauce. I chose the boom boom sauce and very much enjoyed it. It was my first time getting it. Good flavor with a bit of heat to it. Other items there we enjoy are the wings, the fried pickles are always really good and the pretzels and cheese. I recommend this place for sure. read more

So, I love QS&L in general. The wait staff here is always friendly and the food is good. My issue is that they are a franchise shop. They let you know they are a franchise shop and they 'refuse' at every tern to accept anything the Corporate office promotes. That is drinks, the loyalty card, .... I really loath coming to this specific shop but the family over rules. Also, they still have they way over priced menus. 9 wings for $13.00, 5 wings for $9.00. Came in on Sunday 1230ish with my husband and daughter for lunch. Parking lot was about halfway full. The visual excitement starts before you ever enter the building. Garage style bay doors, old style gas pumps , gas pump handles as door handles and funny picture taking poseables. And it just gets crazier and better once inside. Motorcycles, dragsters, stock cars, planes and more hang from the ceiling. Was surprised when we were seated immediately after walking through the door. No lines, no waiting...sweet! We were seated in the "garage" area. The only part I don't like about this area is the plastic lawn chair seats. I know, I know...its part of the theme and character of the place. But trust me when I say my mind is never far from "OMG! I'm about to fall!" Lol Our waitress was very prompt and very nice. She handled our "oh we're ready to order and then we all call you go first, well I'm not completely ready and come back to me" like a champ. Our orders were taken, our drinks refilled timely and our check left and picked up well within a reasonable amount of time. She was very personable and efficient. Our food came out quickly. It least visibly appealing and smelled amazing. The three of us all enjoyed our selections and couldn't ask for anything better. The portions were very nice size as well. I was able to bring home half my sandwich and fries...my son appreciated that. Went to have Easter Dinner Buffet, today (4/21/19). Was so glad they had it this year. The food was very good. Some of my favorite highlights worth mentioning were, the Prime Rib, Ham, garlic Mashed Potatoes, Mac and Cheese, Apple Crisp, Lasagna, Seafood Cheesy Pasta, corn dogs, and bread sticks. The salad bar was extensive and fresh. Same with the deserts, especially the Strawberry cream cheesecake, salted caramel pretzel crusted cheesecake, and the Oreo crusted cheesecake.  I have to give big compliments to the staff. The staff this year was one of the friendliest, and most welcoming. Especially the kitchen staff manning the buffet line. I also want to give big kudos to our server Joe. So back in the day, when I was in undergrad, everyone used to talk about driving from Akron to Sharon, PA to get these fantastic wings. They were on to something......the original (and only at that time) Quaker Steak and Lube was worth the drive across the state line. Amazing wings. And now it's become more of a chain in this area, and it is not bad, but not what it used to be when it was exclusive to one solo location.....Now the wings are *okayyyyy*, but not the best I've ever had. What is outstanding at the North Canton location is the service. Our server was so friendly and nice and the margaritas were strong. I like the atmosphere, but it probably won't be my first go-to spot if I'm craving some really good wings. read more

To say I'm disappointed is an understatement!!!! First when we walked in it smelled like septic tank. We were seated by a door with a breeze blowing through it the whole time. The food was the nasty things I've ever had. I asked for Italian dressing for my salad and I've never tasted Italian like that before. one word WINGS. I always forget about this place because we try to stay away from "chain" restaurants, however they do have some of the best wings in town. The dry rub chipotle bbq is the best IMO, more on the sweet than spicy side, they have a buffet option on certain days for lunch and the last time we went in there they had a magician for the kids which they really enjoyed, he came table to table and asked if it was ok to do some tricks while we waited for food, great little place to go, and family friendly! We decided to try it out as it used to be one of my favorite places. Especially the original in Sharon Pa. Ordered two varieties of wings and it was like they were cooked yesterday. The bone was actually cold to the touch and they were just lathered in sauce. So very disappointed as they are very expensive these days. My friend got a cheeseburger and it lacked taste extremely disappointed. But this was the real killer they used to have fantastic onion rings. But now they have frozen out the box variety. I love this place! The beer cheese and soft pretzels are an amazing appetizer and sometimes you can cash in on happy hour appetizer deals. Obviously the wings are phenomenal. I highly recommend medium for a classic buffalo experience but Louisiana Lickers, Golden Garlic, Arizona Ranch, Haute Parm, Boom Boom, and Thai R Cracker are also really good flavors that I think everyone MUST try at least once. read more

The wings are huge compared to other places, and came out hot and covered in sauce! The $14.99 all you can eat wings is a good value, especially for my kids who polished off about 40 each. This restaurant has some unique display and designs! Motorcycles and other items gives a small taste of a nice garage feeling without overdoing it! The seating and bar sections are smaller than some, but still okay! Furniture is on the very causal and earlier 40-50s look. Service is fairly good and foods were good they had a good variety of drinks to choose and prices were reasonable. We were there about eight of us! I felt a bit cramped as the tables are close. We were there on a slower night so it was not noisy! Restrooms were clean! They have a private parking lot which is large enough for crowds! Ok, I had to think long and hard about the number of stars I gave this restaurant. I love the wings but the service everytime I've gone has been awful. We'll start with the good. The chicken wings. There are many different sauces to choose from and they're all good. The wings are fried to cripsty perfection and then topped with one of the amazing sauces. My favorites are thai-r-cracker, ranch and premium garlic. I've never had anything there other than the wings, so I can't comment on anything other than that. Now the bad, the service. It's slow. Never go there if you're in a hurry. It always takes forever to be served and for refills. We went there one all you can eat wing night and after two hours we had only gotten one refill. It was awful. We left hungry, not good after a supposed all-you-can-eat experience. But we still go because the wings are awesome. read more

We had great service today. Our waitress was attentive and very sweet. We were there to watch the football game and we were never pressured to hurry up or vacate. The food came out very fast and was delicious. We had the sampler named the 4 wheeler as well as a compact bucket of wings. The mild sauce was a lot less spicy compared to other mild wings, next time I will go with medium. The TVs were very disappointing, kept looking signal and lacked resolution quality. By far the most expensive place I've ever been to for the amount and quality of food you get. 6 very average size wings for $8.50. No side. Yes, 6! A side of fries is the size of my palm. I got four chicken fingers in my combo they were honestly no bigger than McDonald's chicken nuggets. Fries cold, melted cheese hardened and about 8 bacon bits on top. I also love that they charge two dollars for a 2nd cup of wing sauce. they gave you about as much sauce as what is in a condiment cup at Wendy's. Wife's salad was pathetic. Next the beer. The large draft used to be 22 ounces and is now 16 ounces in the same style mug. Optical illusion. Oh yeah, price went up for less beer. QSL - quality sure lacking! Never again. read more
