Worst experience! I ordered this service thru Office Depot at Westgate Mall. That was my 1st…read moremistake. The employee was helpful but the order was not actually placed, it was just sitting in limbo. I finally figured that out and found a coupon to save 30% that the employee had mentioned nothing about. It saved quite a bit on a large 1 time shredding service. I then received a phone call from someone at Iron Mountain to schedule the service and was told I would get a call back. I never got a call. I did get 2 emails with 2 different order numbers and our corporate address instead of the service address which was clearly communicated to them. The bins were delivered to our office in AZ and not to the site the work needed to be done in WI. I am now waiting for someone at Iron Mountain customer service to figure it out. I will not use their service again nor will I use Office Depot/Office Max to schedule work. If they can't be competent in handling this service they should not offer it.

I asked them if they could honor last years price. The person at the counter said Yes. I went to pick the project up and found the price was a full third more than I paid last year. After talking with the owner, it was explained that the person at the counter was "new" and I ended up having to pay the price that was a third more. Being a business owner myself, I would have expected last years price to be honored if my employee said they would. They do good work but this certainly wasn't the customer service I expected.
