I could see that she had completed their taxes, and they were just gossiping . This went on for about 15 minutes. I had asked does Bertha know I'm here? They responded yes but she's not finished with the 1030 client. It was now 1120 and my appointment was for 11 o'clock. . Bertha showed no respect for me or my time. Shame on Bertha for thinking everyone needs her. I don't. I'm going somewhere else this year somewhere where they will treat me with respect.
