Well, I've been to several ups stores and before I found this little giant gem right next to East Los Angeles community college, dropping off packages just didn't feel the same anymore in the best way possible! But better yet I will simply say, what use to feel like an errand turned into a friendly business visit or should I say turned back on how it was suppose to be. And I'm talking about great customer service cause that will be the first thing you will notice right as you enter. Don't believe me? Go see for yourself! customer service is still alive! Even though my home is 3 ups stores away it's worth the trip and for such a small location they still manage they have 3 registers/computers/scanners with staffs ready to get you in and out without the rush like your personal time matters! They keep it very professional and most of all very helpful wether it's helping you unload or answering questions the staffs never seem to be bothered and that's a plus for me. They are always friendly and an asset to the neighborhood. Their service is great and they even help translate mail if you have questions from some of the Asian languages to English.
